Approach these turrets and they'll only warp away, so your best bet is to return fire from a distance with magic.

The extending arm mount allows them a variety of firing positions. Silver lining? You'll look awesome swinging around that pole!

The Pole Cannon is an Emblem Heartless that appears in Kingdom Hearts III.

Design

The Pole Cannon appears as a Turret like Heartless made up of a round hollowed out platform which contains a supporting structure for a blue jet engine like object. On the engine is a spherical glass with a Heartless emblem on the front, in which is a black blob with yellow eyes.

Strategy

Kingdom Hearts III

The Pole Cannon has one simple projectile attack, which is telegraphed by the Pole Cannon glowing and making a charge up sound. Watch for this warning and its attack can be easily blocked. When fighting groups of enemies, it may be advised to defeat the Pole Cannons first so they cannot interrupt Sora's combos while fighting other enemies.

Pole Cannons will sometimes appear extended outwards on a pole, in which case Pole Spin and Pole Swing may be used on them.
