The Ice Plant, called Blizzard Plant in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, is an Emblem Heartless that appears in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Kingdom Hearts χ, and Kingdom Hearts Dark Road.

Design[edit]

The Ice Plant resembles a large flower. Its base and stem are navy blue, and the base is surrounded by four white leaves. Its hexagonal face is dark blue with a pale green-yellow border. Its mouth is jagged and its eyes are glowing yellow. Its face is decorated by four white flower petals with blue-white edges. A yellow-green band separates the upper body from the lower body. The Heartless emblem is emblazoned on the lower half of its body.

The Ice Plant's name reflects its ability to conjure ice, as well as its flower-like appearance.

Strategy[edit]

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days[edit]

Blizzard Plants should not be much of a challenge, as they have little HP and remain stationary. Aerial combos are highly recommended to defeat these Heartless, but the use of the Fire spell is also suggested. Blizzard Plants can shoot spheres of ice, which have a 20% chance of causing the Freeze status effect. This attack can be avoided easily by using Dodge Roll. The only other attack available to a Blizzard Plant involves it slamming its head against the ground multiple times, this tactic having a 5% chance of freezing Roxas. It is recommended that one either get out of range by using Dodge Roll or Glide, or counter with a physical attack.
