Design
A Block Bug's main body is nearly identical to that of a regular Bug Block; it is a black cube with red circuitry. It has a single, glowing yellow eye near the center of the front of its body. Four long, red, spider-like legs sprout from its sides.
The Block Bug's name is a play on its insectoid legs and its resemblance to Bug Blocks.
