The Commander (コマンダー Komandā) is an Emblem Heartless fought in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It is merely a palette swap of the Soldier.

As aggressive as they are large, these foes still rely on kick attacks that can be deflected with a well-timed block. Note, however, that their size prevents normal attacks from knocking them off balance.
