The Tornado Step (トルネードステップ Torunēdo Suteppu) is an Emblem Heartless that is found in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. It mostly attacks by spiraling its body continuously like a tornado, but it can also heal when its HP is low.

- Jump Strike: Vertical spin attack
- Jump Slap: Horizontal spin attack
- Propeller Charge: Spinning-top charge
