The Double Tap is a pair of Arrowguns that can be wielded by Xigbar in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to the Double Tap+.
Design[edit]
The body of a Double Tap Arrowgun is a thin, black ring with silver inner edges and black spikes resembling those on the Nobody logo lining its outer edge. The barrel is red, flat, triangular, and sword-like, with two thin spikes on either of its sides. The handle and guard are black and the guard is lined by six black diamonds with grey edges. The Double Tap bullets are red and the diamonds flash this color when Xigbar reloads. They produce red sparks on contact with an enemy and gold ones on contact with anything else.
A double tap is when someone using a firearm fires two rounds quickly, either to ensure that the target is neutralized or to hit another target close to the first one.
Gameplay[edit]
Xigbar's basic ground combo begins with him crossing his arms and firing two simultaneous shots diagonally in front of him. He then quickly fires two more shots at the ground directly in front of him, propelling him into a backflip. In midair, Xigbar then sweeps his right Arrowgun across the field, firing four shots in a wide arc. In his aerial combo, Xigbar fires four shots in rapid succession straight ahead, backflips, and then fires two simultaneous, charged shots.
