Moonglade is a set of Lances that can be wielded by Xaldin in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to Moonglade+. Xaldin wields this weapon when he has the Skill Gear attached.

Design

A Moonglade lance's shaft is black in the center and silver on the ends. The two colors are divided by small, khaki-colored rings. The lower blade of the lance is light sky blue and has a simple arrowhead shape. The upper blade is larger and wider than the lower one, and is also two-pronged. The tips of the two prongs are deep sky blue, while the rest of the blade is light sky blue.

"Moonglade" is a poetic term for the bright reflection of moonlight on water.

Gameplay

Moonglade’s normal ground combo starts with a sideways slash using one lance, followed by a downward diagonal slash using the other lance, and ends with a thrust of all six lances forwards at once. The Y combo can be activated after the second attack, and consists of Xaldin swinging his lances from the same starting point upward to two far points in a "V" formation, followed by a leap and a downward diagonal slash using one lance.

The aerial combo consists of a downward diagonal slash using one lance, and a thrust of all six lances forwards at once in a pointed, star-like shape.
