Kingdom Hearts II Original Soundtrack is the official soundtrack for Kingdom Hearts II.
It was first released in Japan on January 25, 2006 by Toshiba-EMI. It has yet to be released in English, internationally though it has come out to the public in Japanese. The 2-CD set contains all of the songs from Kingdom Hearts II (excluding the extra soundtrack in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix). Many songs from the Piano Collections Kingdom Hearts came from this soundtrack.

Trivia
- The 13th Theme on the first disc is Roxas's theme. Coincidentally, Roxas is the thirteenth member of the Organization XIII.
