Like many of Ishimoto's compositions, "Replicas" was altered between the in-game version and the original soundtrack album. The balance of the song was adjusted, bringing out the violin melody. The melody of "Destati" in the B section was played by piano in the original mix, but given to harpsichord in the album version. In addition, the in-game version does not loop properly; the abrupt transition was smoothed over in the album version.
