The piece is a medley of final boss themes from Square Enix series including Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy.

"Encore: Final Boss Suite" is eight minutes and twenty-eight seconds long in Symphonic Fantasies and seven minutes and forty-one seconds long in Symphonic Fantasies Tokyo.

The piece is a complex medley of "Destati" from Kingdom Hearts, "Meridian Dance" from Secret of Mana, "Lavos's Theme" from Chrono Trigger, and "One-Winged Angel" from Final Fantasy VII, with the Tokyo performance adding "Dancing Mad" from Final Fantasy VI.
