New Seven Hearts

According to Master Yen Sid, the pure lights in the Princesses of Hearts have moved on to new hosts, known as the New Seven Hearts, with the exception of Kairi who did not pass on her power. As Yen Sid further explains, this happened shortly after they were used to reveal the Final Keyhole, confirming that the seven lights "reincarnate". The Real Organization XIII planned to use the New Seven Hearts as a backup, and would attack them in case the Guardians of Light could not find all seven of their members.
