Fred is a character from San Fransokyo in Kingdom Hearts III. He originated in the Disney film Big Hero 6.
He is a member of Big Hero 6, alongside Hiro Hamada, Baymax, Go Go Tomago, Wasabi, and Honey Lemon.
Story
Kingdom Hearts III
Hiro introduces Big Hero 6 to Sora, Donald and Goofy in Hiro's garage.
In the city, Sora inspires Fred to use both fire and ice.
Appearance
Fred is a young man with chin-length brown hair and blue eyes. When fighting alongside Big Hero 6, he is completely concealed by a three-eyed blue and- range monster suit.
Personality
Fred is very upbeat and enthusiastic, often making jokes or comparing things to movies or comics. He is quite talkative and cheerful.
Origin
Fred, whose full name is Frederick Frederickson IV, first appeared in the 2014 Disney animated film Big Hero 6, voiced by T.J. Miller. He is inspired by Fred (Fredzilla) from Marvel Comics.
He is a student and the school mascot of the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology and a friend of Tadashi Hamada. After Tadashi dies in a mysterious fire, Fred helps Hiro avenge him by pursuing a mysterious thief wearing a kabuki mask who is theorized to have started the fire. Fred also comes from a wealthy background which helps the team create their gadgets.
His monster suit is designed after his favorite kaiju, a fictional being known as Krogar.
