Development
Phoebus was first revealed to appear in the game in a November issue of V-Jump, where he is depicted in a screenshot meeting Sora alongside Frollo.
Appearance
Phoebus is depicted mostly with golden armour and blue clothing underneath and a blue cape, and underneath these he wears a white shirt. He also sports long blond hair and a small goatee.
