Quintet (クインテット Kuintetto ) is a Sitar that can be wielded by Demyx in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to Quintet+ and Quintet++.
Design
The headstock of the Quintet has an elegant, triangular design. There is a large gap in each of its corners, and it is bright blue. The neck of the sitar is long, bright blue, and has ridged, blue-white edges. The body of the Quintet is roughly pentagonal in shape, and sports a small, semi-circular indentation in each of its two upper sides. There is a cyan diamond set in each of its lower three corners, and a dark one in each of its upper two corners. The body is predominantly bright blue, and has thick, blue-white edges. The sitar has three white strings that are anchored to the body by a small, white triangular piece.
In musical terms, a quintet is a group of five that sings, dances, or plays music.
Gameplay
Quintet's ground combo starts with a 360-degree spinning attack, after which, Demyx strums the sitar, emitting a yellow shockwave which damages any enemies around him, followed by a leap and a series of very fast airborne spinning attacks, and ends with four quick blasts of yellow shockwaves in an outward direction.
The aerial combo consists of a series of very fast airborne spinning attacks, followed by a blast of three yellow shockwaves forwards. This weapon has no combo.
