"Darkness of the Unknown" is a musical composition by Yoko Shimomura that appears in the Kingdom Hearts series. It is one of the boss themes of Xemnas.

Composition[edit]

"Darkness of the Unknown" is written in three movements. In the game, the three sections were split to individually loop for each phase of the Xemnas battle, and they were recombined as one for the album release.[5]
