Power (力 Chikara ) is a material type available in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. Power materials contain the essence of strength, and are colored blue.

- Power Shard: Bouncywild (12%/24%)[1], Powerwild (8%/16%)[1], White Mushroom (100%)[2], Bambi (40%/60%)[3]
- Power Gem: Air Pirate (4%), Battleship (8%/16%)[4], Pirate (4%), White Mushroom (10%/40%)[5], Bambi (30%)[6]
Kingdom Hearts Final Mix introduced the Power Stone, dropped only by the Sniperwild.

- Power Shard[7]: Creeper Plant (8%), Large Body (12%)

The "Energy Crystal" in the first Kingdom Hearts was mistranslated in the English release as a "Power Crystal".
