Composition
"Dash-A-Long" is approximately two minutes and nineteen seconds long and plays at a tempo of 170 beats per minute. The piece remains in 4/4 time. "Dash-A-Long" has a very short introduction and then leads into the repeating melodic section, followed by a variation of the introduction's initial phrase, and then repeats back to the melodic section, allowing for smooth transitions between loops.
