Bargain Flurry is activated by defeating rare dream eaters, though the effect vary on the other six components of the Forecast.

Bargain Flurry is a gameplay element in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. When activated, there are munny discounts held at the Moogle Shops.
