The Kaeru Ouji acts as a secret boss of sorts that Riku encounters in several worlds. When Riku encounters him, the Kaeru Ouji will ask for a fight. Upon Riku accepting his challenge, the Kaeru Ouji will attack Riku and summon Kaeru Chefs and Kaeru Soldiers to aid him in battle. The Kaeru Ouji has a lot of hit points, and when Riku depletes enough of the Kaeru Ouji's overall health, he'll retreat and blow Riku a kiss, and Riku must find him elsewhere to continue fighting him.
