In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, a Mega-Potion is an item card that instantly restores all attack cards that have been used, including those lost through sleights, and resets the reload counter.

In Kingdom Hearts II, a Mega-Potion restores 40% of every party members' maximum HP.

In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, a Mega-Potion is an item panel that restores 40% of every party members' maximum HP.

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, a Mega-Potion is an item command that restores all of the user's max HP. One slot in the Command Deck can hold three Mega-Potions.

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, a Mega-Potion is an item command that completely restores HP to all party members. One slot in the Command Deck can hold three Mega-Potions. A Mega-Potion grants an increase to maximum HP when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.
