{{ | Aero, Aerora, and Aeroga are a series of magic introduced in Kingdom Hearts. They utilize the "power of wind", and are associated with the Spirit and Gust materials.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Aeroza appears as an even more powerful tier.
In Kingdom Hearts, Aero magic is a defensive spell that covers the target in a field of wind, while in later games Aero magic is an offensive spell, using wind to attack.

===Kingdom Hearts III===
In Kingdom Hearts III, Aero, Aerora, and Aeroga are a series of magic that, when cast, creates a whirlwind that launches enemies into the air, dealing Aero damage. Stepping into the vortex at any time while the spell is active will trigger Superjump if the ability is equipped; if not, it will simply push him into the air a minor distance if he enters the center. The radius of the whirlwind depends on the tier of magic cast. Aero consumes 13 MP, Aerora 18 MP, and Aeroga 26 MP.
Repeatedly casting Aeroga in battle will result in the Aeroza Situation Command, which creates a larger whirlwind accompanied by four miniature tornadoes.

Aero, Aerora, and Aeroga are a series of magic introduced in Kingdom Hearts.
Mechanics[edit]
Kingdom Hearts[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts, Aero is defensive magic that can be used by Sora and Donald Duck. It creates a wind barrier around the target that halves any damage taken while it is active; however, if the casting animation is interrupted by an enemy attack, the damage from that hit will not be reduced. Aero magic costs 2 MP to use.
The duration of the barrier is determined by the following formula:
- Duration [seconds] = 18 + (Max MP)
Aerora and Aeroga create more powerful barriers which also inflict damage to enemies on contact. The barrier created by Aeroga also interrupts or deflects attacks with recoil value that is lower than that of the target
.While it normally offers protection against attacks regardless of deflection capabilities or not, one exception is against the Ice Titan. Whenever any form of Aero is active, its Ice Lance attack uses large projectiles instead of the usual small ones, which are also more powerful, which is thus one instance of the spell working against the user's favor.
Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Aero is a magic card that can be used by Sora. It creates a brief whirlwind that blows away nearby enemies and inflicts damage.
The Aero card is required for the following sleights:

Kingdom Hearts III[edit]
