"The Struggle" Trophy is an important object in both Twilight Town and The Other Twilight Town. Along with the Champion Belt, it is given to the winner of the Struggle tournament, honoring them as the best fighter in the town. The trophy itself is an abstract blue statuette that houses a Crystal Orb of four different colors. In the real Twilight Town, Seifer is the winner of the Struggle tournament; however, he gives his trophy to Sora as a symbol of respect after he defeated a hoard of Nobodies. The trophy is called Seifer's Trophy in the inventory.
Story[edit]
Kingdom Hearts II[edit]
During Struggle competitions, the Struggle Trophy is handed over from the previous victor to the current year's winner. In The Other Twilight Town, Roxas obtains this trophy after defeating Hayner, Vivi, and Setzer in the tournament. Afterwards, Roxas shares out the red, green, and yellow crystal orbs with Hayner, Pence, and Olette respectively, keeping the blue one for himself.
At some point, Mickey manages to retrieve Roxas's Munny Pouch and blue Crystal Orb from the virtual Twilight Town. When he meets Sora at the Station Heights in the real Twilight Town, Mickey gives the two objects to him.
After the party's return to Twilight Town, Seifer holds onto the trophy until he sees how much better Sora is at fending off Nobodies, giving him the trophy as a symbol of respect. Accidentally, Goofy later drops it and each of the colored orbs spill on the floor and are picked up by Hayner, Pence, and Olette. Sora takes the blue orb, while Goofy has the blue Crystal Orb that Mickey retrieved from The Other Twilight Town. The five hold their respective orbs up to the sun, causing Sora's orb to open a Gate.
On the third visit, Hayner, Pence, and Olette deduce that another Twilight Town exists, based on the fact that Sora owns duplicates of the blue Crystal Orb and Olette's handmade pouch, which were supposed to be unique objects. The trophy is left behind at Twilight Town before Sora and his company leave for The World That Never Was.
Some time after Sora defeats Xemnas, Hayner, and Seifer compete for the Struggle Trophy in a Struggle duel.
