The Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee (ホロウバスティオン再建委員会 Horō Basution Saiken I'inkai), sometimes abbreviated to HBRC, is an organization seen in Kingdom Hearts II. It was founded some time after Sora defeated Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, and is renamed to Radiant Garden Reconstruction Committee once Hollow Bastion transforms back to Radiant Garden.
Story
Kingdom Hearts II
The Restoration Committee was founded in the hope of restoring Radiant Garden to its former glory and eradicating Heartless from the town. Meetings take place in Merlin's house in Hollow Bastion.
Within a year's work, the committee manages to restore most of the town's former image. Cid created a defense system called Claymores that would destroy weaker Heartless and occupy stronger ones until a committee member could arrive to dispose of them.
Sora and company assist Leon in finding Ansem the Wise's secret lab, Ansem's computer and Xehanort's notes on the Heartless.
While using the computer Sora and company entered the digital realm of Space Paranoids and with the assistance of Tron were able to get back to search for a password that would open up the dataspace. The Master Control Program got access to the dataspace and started to destroy the town. Two areas of the town were partially destroyed by this but gave access to new areas. Heartless swarmed the town and the Committee with the assistance of Cloud, Tifa, Stitch, and the Gullwings (who had to be bribed into joining their side) defended the town from a Heartless Invasion. Sora fought against the Heartless in the Battle of the 1000 Heartless.

Members
All members of the Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee carry a Membership Card. Sora's card was able to give him access to the worlds of The Land of Dragons and Beast's Castle by opening one of the World Gates.
