An old friend of King Mickey, Queen Minnie, and the other folks at Disney Castle. Horace wouldn't be Horace without his big plow collar. He's also close friends with Clarabelle Cow.

Trivia
- One of the bonsai figures (the percussionist) in the Courtyard of the Disney Castle bears a striking resemblance to Horace Horsecollar. It could very well be him, as he was the percussionist in The Band Concert.
- As seen in the House of Mouse, Horace seems to be one of the main characters running it, along with the other main Disney characters.
