Beach Party
Beach Party is a Classic Kingdom mini-game in Kingdom Hearts III. In this game, Sora protects Mickey and friends from a giant octopus.

The octopus's tentacles will snake toward you. Use 
to fend them off!
If the tentacles grab Mickey or one of the others, move up and stike that tentacle repeatedly to free your friend!
The longer the tentacle when you strike it, the more points you'll receive.
Mechanics[edit]
The objective of this mini-game is to protect Mickey, Minnie, Horace Horsecollar, and Clarabella Cow from the octopus. The "CONTROLLER" buttons can be used to move Sora around, and the "ACTION" button to swing his Keyblade at a nearby tentacle.
Mickey and friends will move between the rocks at the bottom of the screen, while the octopus's tentacles will slowly advance from the top to capture them. Sora can hit the tentacles to make them disappear. The octopus's tentacles may advance under the sand, during which they cannot be hit.
If one of the octopus's tentacles reaches the bottom of the screen, Mickey or one of his friends will be captured. Sora can save them by pressing the "ACTION" button 3 times within 3 seconds near the captured friend. Failing to free them causes Sora to lose a life. Once all lifes are gone, the game ends.
The score increases by 5 points x the amount of segments the tentacle has when hit. Saving a friend also increases the score by 5 points.
Origin[edit]
Beach Party is based on the Mickey Mouse short of the same name from 1931. In the short, Mickey, Minnie, Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle Cow, and Pluto visit the beach. Eventually, Pluto accidentally drags an octopus from the sea, which proceeds to attack him. Mickey and the others work together to chase it off.
