A Frost Crystal, the rarest of the Frost materials
Frost (凍てつく Itetsuku, lit. "Freezing") is a material type available in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. Frost materials contain the essence of ice, and are colored aqua.

- Frost Shard: Blue Rhapsody (12%), White Mushroom (100%)[1], Bambi (40%/60%)[2]
- Frost Gem: Sea Neon (4%), Sheltering Zone (8%), White Mushroom (10%/40%)[3], Bambi (30%)[4]
Kingdom Hearts Final Mix introduced the Frost Stone, dropped only by the Grand Ghost.

- Frost Shard[5]: Hook Bat (6%), Lance Soldier (10%)
- Frost Stone[6]: Aeroplane (8%), Hot Rod (12%)

In Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, a Frost Crystal can be found in a chest at the Cavern of Remembrance: Depths.
