Scar is the final boss in the first visit to the Pride Lands from Kingdom Hearts II. When Simba's father Mufasa died and Simba disappeared, Scar took over the Pride Land turning it into a wasteland. After Sora helped Simba get his confidence back, Simba joined the party and they travel to the peak of Pride Rock. At the end of the battle Sora and Simba beat Scar, but unbeknownst to Sora, Scar's darkness returned again as the Ghost of Scar.
