The Midnight Roar is a Keychain for Sora's, Roxas's, and Xion's Keyblades that was introduced in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to the Midnight Roar+.

Design

The Midnight Roar has an orange handle and a black, circular guard with rough edges. The shaft is a smooth, white rod that ends in a black spike. The Keyblade’s teeth form a black, sideways fleur-de-lis. The Keychain token is a black arrowhead with a diamond-shaped gap in its center.

A recolored version of Midnight Roar appears within the game data.

Gameplay

The ground combo starts with a horizontal slash to the right, then a downward slash, and ends with a spinning slash to the left. The aerial combo starts with a downward slash and ends with a spinning slash to the left.
