Follow the Wind (フォローザウィンド Forō za Windo) is the Keychain from Kingdom Hearts II which represents Port Royal. It also appears in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories as a bonus Keyblade. You can obtain it in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories by finishing Reverse/Rebirth (Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix for the Japanese version), and then finding it in the Neverland Key to Rewards room.
Appearance

Trivia
- It is strange that the Keychain is a cursed medallion and Sora is not cursed. This is probably because Sora is from another world, or that the Keychain is only a replica representing Sora's memories of his adventures in Port Royal.
- This Keyblade appears in the secret ending of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Birth by sleep.
