Unlike their larger cousins, these little guys have soft shells that are very much not Keyblade-proof. They can't swallow you up, either, which is always a plus. Just don't think that makes them harmless; these rotten ribbiters still pack a punch! |

The Turtletoad is an Unversed that appears in Kingdom Hearts III.
Design
The Turtletoad is a monstrous Unversed that resembles a large toad. Its main body is crimson with a yellow stomach and a green shell covered with pink circular extrusions. Its Unversed symbol is on its face, where it has a pair of black stalk-eyes with downward pointing red eyes, as well as a wide mouth with a green tongue. On the sides of its face are a pair of noodle-shaped whiskers that end in a yellow loop with a spike at its tip. Its four legs are raindrop shaped and have a black diamond shaped pattern near the feet.
Strategy
When fighting a Turtletoad, watch for when it begins advancing slowly, as this signals when it will attack once or several times. When attacked, the Turtletoad may use its Shell Spin attack immediately afterwards. When it is using its Crush and Shell Spin attacks, it generally will not be staggered, however these attacks can be blocked to counter with Risk Dodge.
Turtletoads are weak to Blizzard, so this can be a good method of dealing with them while they use their attacks.
