It transforms the user's weapon and allows them to string together faster, much longer ground combos. The Technical Gear ③ is obtained from the Moogle Shop for 720 Heart Points once Roxas is promoted to Novice, and the Technical Gear+ ③ is obtained from a chest in "Mission 39: Collect Hearts".
