Item Cards (アイテムカード Aitemu Kādo?) are a type of Card in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. Item Cards have green borders, and allow the user to reload certain Cards, often including Cards that cannot normally be reloaded. Item Cards can never be reloaded once they are used, the sole exception being if they are used in the middle of a Duel.

Item Cards are very rarely used for Sleights. One Magic Sleight requires three Item Cards, while three other Magic Sleights require a random Item Card as an alternative to using a Friend Card.

In Reverse/Rebirth, Riku has access to an Item Card in certain Worlds. However, they're rendered unavailable as long as he is in Dark Mode until the next reload after he reverts to normal.

Certain bosses have Item Cards in their deck. The Item Cards are the same as the player character's, and have the same effects.
