<div class="usermessage" align=center style="top: 10px; left: 235px; width: 70%;">Bye Y'all it's been fun but not as fun as spending time with Adelaide okay bye.</div>

I can make screenshots of the entries but neither write them down nor translate them. I don't know who's responsible for the entries of the exlusive KH Final Mix enemies (maybe someone from gamefaqs?) but can you, BebopKate or Yuanchosaan translate them or know someone who can?--[[User:ShardofTruth|ShardofTruth]] 20:25, June 7, 2010 (UTC)<br>
:Okay, I tried to get the Japanese writings recognized by two different OCR softwares (RedIris Pro 12 and Smart OCR lite Edition), but I got no satisfactory result, even with a lot more bigger images and better contrast etc. The KHII font seems to be very complicated or strange, I don't know. Maybe you have an better idea, here are the [http://www.mediafire.com/?2z2y0kuqkkm images]. --[[User:ShardofTruth|ShardofTruth]] 13:35, June 18, 2010 (UTC)

Not every ship has two variants (Omega is the only ship that as a "C" variant) or sub variants (they just seem to affect the drops, maybe they are the "before/after rescue" equivalents, I don't know). == BBS Ultimania and Mirage Arena ==
{{ShardofTruth|time=20:14, September 8, 2010 (UTC)|talk=Unfortunately I still don't have the BBS Ultimania, but maybe I can help you nonetheless.
The only scaned pages that I found online are the one's at [http://heartstation.org/gallery/birth-by-sleep/ultimania Heartstation]. But as you may already saw, there are no scans of the Mirage Arena in particular. But the [http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fworld-mognet.blogspot.com%2F2010%2F06%2Fbbs-complete-solution-mirage-arena.html&sl=de&tl=en&hl=&ie=UTF-8 guide] of [[User:MardukKurios|MardukKurios]] does cover all the seeds (one guide on gamefaqs too), he uses the Ultimania so the info should be correct. Now all that rememains are the stats.
The stats in BBS work like I explained for KHII in the other thread. Every normal enemy (like [http://heartstation.org/gallery/albums/birth-by-sleep/ultimania/bbsu%20051.png Bruiser]) has an HP and EXP coefficient that has to be multiplied with a value that is fixed for every level (and playable character in BBS's case I think). Now there are two different level systems in BBS, one for the [http://heartstation.org/gallery/albums/birth-by-sleep/ultimania/bbsu%20077.png Mirage Arena] (the difficulty level) and one for the [http://heartstation.org/gallery/albums/birth-by-sleep/ultimania/bbsu%20076.png normal gameplay].
Therefore a Bruiser in the Challenge "Day of Reckoning" (e.g. Round 1, 3rd wave) should have 90 HP whereas in "Weaver Fever" (e.g. Round 1, 1st wave) it should have 108 HP.
I didn't translate every stat and explanation, because I'm very slow at it, so maybe there is more to take account off. The stats may have also be changened in the NA/PAL version, I don't know. I hope some of this helps anyway.
I'm planning to get the BBS Ultimania, but not at the moment.}}
I'm using part of Neumannz work for the Mirage Arena on this one:

== Maps ==
{{ShardofTruth|time=17:41, September 16, 2010 (UTC)|talk=I made the 358 Days one first, because I thought it would be the easiest. I was wrong^^
The [[:File:Kingdom_Hearts_358_Days_World_Map.png|image]] is a compilation of screenshots and ripped textures. It's not possible to get the real world map without building it again in a 3D editor. It's quite clever designed though, just hard to rip. KH is next and then CoM and ReCoM, I'm still brooding over the KHII and BBS one.}}
{{ShardofTruth|time=16:39, September 18, 2010 (UTC)|talk=Okay, a litte update on the KHII, BBS and sadly the KH map. The problem is, that the world maps consist of different layers which also vary in the space between them. If the camera position is changed, only the layers most close to the camera change it's position largely whereas the viewpoint on the layers at the bottom (the background stars and the clouds) change very litte.
Also because even the pathways are textured 3D models or vectors it's not possible to rip them with normal methods. Without ripping all models and building them in a new application or get control of the camera functions in the game it's not possible to get the real world maps.
Maybe there is a more simple solution, but I don't know if its accurate enough: The guidebooks provide their own world maps ([http://img214.imageshack.us/img214/2493/kingdomheartsmap2.png 1] and [http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/8113/kingdomheartsiimap.png 2]) which are more schematic. I could "remake" them with actual ingame textures and backgrounds. That's also a lot of work and because of their fanmade and semi-official history they maybe won't accepted as wiki material. I'd like to ask for your opinion about this matter.}}
{{KrytenKoro|Honestly, the background stars don't matter - if you can more easily rip just the worlds and paths, that would be sufficient, and just throw them on a black or invisibible background. However, if it's not possible to rip them at all, Then getting the planetoid rips and matching them to a schematic should be fine for now. It's way more than we have right now, neh?}}
== Unversed stats, Battle Levels and Mirage Arena ==
{{ShardofTruth|time=10:42, October 12, 2010 (UTC)|talk=I was thinking a while about this, but I didn't come up with a good solution, so that are just my thoughts.
I know it was very complicated to implement the BBS stats tab for the three characters, but I think even now it doesn't cover all information, which can even lead to false assumptions.
The main reason why the stats are varying greatly for the characters and the worlds have one simple reason: the Battle Level.
I'm most likely telling you nothing new, just to make this clear: the Battle level is the golden number that is shown on the world map before landing an the actual world.
Because TVA visit the worlds in different orders, the battle level is mostly never the same on the same world. But that's only the beginning. Through events, I haven't figured out completely (maybe it's just the end game save with the star or the used difficulty), the battle level changes near or after endgame. Radiant Garden gets the Battle Level 10 for Terra, while 9 for Ven and stays 6 for Aqua (but goes up to 10 in Final Episode). So the stats for the [[Flood]] would be false in Terra's and Ven's case, if the Battle level change occurs .
Because the Battle Level is so important, wouldn't it be better to use it as foundation for the stats and not the location?
Pro:
*better overview: dismiss the Terra, Ven and Aqua tab, just one for normal gameplay and one for the Mirage Arena
*if coded correctly: only the multipliers of HP and EXP would be needed to fill out the stats of every regular enemy because strength and defense are fixed
Contra:
*location based stats are easier to understand}}
{{KrytenKoro|Right now, it's coded so that the stats ''are'' based on the battle level, it just doesn't show the battle level (I think). If you can figure out what the levels are at the different events, those could be put in too, I guess, though this is really starting to get confusing.
Oh, and I still need to code the Mirage Arena. Sorry.}}
{{ShardofTruth|time=20:14, October 12, 2010 (UTC)|talk=God, I feel stupid right now. I should've at least checked the template before I wrote this message. Maybe I come up with a feasible solution for the battle level change.}}
Okay, I made the definite battle level table, enjoy the view and become desperate.

<nowiki>*called Badlands before unlocking the Keyblade Graveyard, the battle level of the fight against Vanitas Remnant is considered 99 by the Ultimania</nowiki><br>
<nowiki>#can't be visited at this point</nowiki>
The battle level of Terra and Ven after completing the Final Episode can be glitched so it stays the same as before completing the game. Some argue that the glitch is the increasing of the battle level instead. But that would mean that the level of the Keyblade Graveyard wouldn't rise from 9 to 10 which is cleary the case in the Japanese version and described by the Ultimania. --[[User:ShardofTruth|ShardofTruth]] 22:18, October 26, 2010 (UTC)

So here's a rough draft for both Master Xehanort and Vanitas. I also responded to your message on my talk page, so it would do you good to read that, as well. Anyways, here goes nothing:

I hope you approve. Keep in mind that these are, again, ROUGH DRAFTS. Please see [[User:EternalNothingnessXIII/Sandbox|this]], as I said on my talk page, to see my other plans for template revamps in terms of our BBS theme. As MX and Vanitas are used in other templates in the link above, we may wish to reconsider the characters we use for this Split template. And depending on what feedback you give in terms of updating the other templates for a BBS theme, I'll ask TNE to help me make images for that, et cetera. BebopKate technically gave us the green light to begin transitioning, et cetera, but I thought it best to wait a bit and see what developed. - <span>[[User:EternalNothingnessXIII|<font color="black">'''Eternal'''</font>]][[User talk:EternalNothingnessXIII|<font color="darkred">'''Nothingness'''</font>]][[User:EternalNothingnessXIII/Jukebox|<font color="dimgray">'''XIII'''</font>]]</span> 19:09, October 20, 2010 (UTC)

== Re:coded Keyblades ==
The coverage in your template is pretty comprehensive, but the articles need a couple of extra bits which probably can't be coded. We need to account for the Clock abilities unlocked when leveling the weapon up, as well as for the points where the finisher is used at lower Clock levels. Probably these can be covered best with footnotes and a template like [[Template:MG|this one]], respectively. What do you think?
Less importantly, once we get the official dubs of the levels, will there be a place to list the Japanese names?  --[[User:Neumannz|'''<span style="font-family:Gisha; color:#005400">Neumannz</span>''']], [[User talk:Neumannz|''<span style="color:black; font-family:Agency FB Bold">The Dark Falcon</span>'']] 05:00, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
:I honestly don't understand how Clock abilities work; I'm just adding all the info I saw in the Ultimania.
:For levels, I don't think so. The template is already heavily extended. However, depending on how exactly levels work, we might end up splitting the template into having five tabs, like with Days Keyblades, but I'm worried about how the clock abilities would work with that.[[User:KrytenKoro|(ಠ_ೃ)]] [[User_talk:KrytenKoro|<small>Bully!</small>]] 06:30, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
Well, the ability tree for each Keyblade starts with only 4 or 5 abilities available, with the others being unlocked as the Keyblade level goes up. So with the [http://heartstation.org/gallery/albums/coded/ultimania/recoded%20036.png Kingdom Key], Auto-Potion, Medic, Magic Boost and Attack Boost are the only abilities that can be activated. As more abilities are unlocked (in this case, Spirit Magic, then Shell, then Protect, and finally Spirit Attack), you have the option to select which one is activated as you fill up the Clock Gauge. So once you've got Kingdom Key 3.0, you can choose to activate Shell at Clock LV2, Magic Boost at Clock LV3, and Spirit Attack at LV MAX, after which you use your finisher and the gauge empties. Or you can choose to activate Spirit Magic at LV3, and you'll activate the finisher instead of going to LV MAX. On the Ultimania page, each ability is marked with the weapon level number, and each ability that cuts to the finisher is marked with the finisher symbol.<!--
And for the record, I don't believe for a minute you didn't already get that, dude.-->  --[[User:Neumannz|'''<span style="font-family:Gisha; color:#005400">Neumannz</span>''']], [[User talk:Neumannz|''<span style="color:black; font-family:Agency FB Bold">The Dark Falcon</span>'']] 07:07, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
:Jeebus, ''that's'' what those meant? I thought it was something like the Finisher trees in BbS...umm, I think that we can most easily display those as separate tabs, but the code is going to be hellishly long on each page, though I can think of a few shortcuts.
:What does the little star symbol thing mean? And why do some of the abilities not continue up through the tree?[[User:KrytenKoro|(ಠ_ೃ)]] [[User_talk:KrytenKoro|<small>Bully!</small>]] 23:16, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
[[File:AFinishRCO.PNG]] The finisher symbol indicates the end of a path through the ability tree. At this point, once your gauge has filled up its current level, you can execute your finisher. Once you've done that, your gauge empties to LV1, like when using a finisher in BBS. (This means that only the LV1 ability stays active)
Some of the lower-level abilities let/make you activate your finisher early if you choose that path. So if you choose a path through the Kingdom Key tree that lets you use Spirit Magic at LV3, you'll use your finisher without going to LV MAX.
I hope I explained that clearly.  --[[User:Neumannz|'''<span style="font-family:Gisha; color:#005400">Neumannz</span>''']], [[User talk:Neumannz|''<span style="color:black; font-family:Agency FB Bold">The Dark Falcon</span>'']] 23:35, November 28, 2010 (UTC)
{{Neumannz|time=22:11, December 14, 2010 (UTC)|text=New idea: Don't list the Overclock tree in the main template, but add a separate template under Gameplay that covers it, instead.
Does this make more sense?}}
Last thing before I crash, I've been [[User:Neumannz/Workshop/Template|cooking up something]] for the Overclock ability trees. Still haven't implemented level distinctions or any fancying up, but at least I got all the gorram lines to go where I want...  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 06:46, January 7, 2011 (UTC)
:Wait...each ability leads to every ability on the next rung, unless it has that blue marker, in which case it doesn't lead to any others.
:You said the blue markers were finishers, right? It seems like it would be much simpler to simply mark the finishers out of a list of abilities, and then explain on [[Clock Abilities]] that leveling-up thing.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 07:12, January 7, 2011 (UTC)
I don't really understand what you mean about finishers, but why wouldn't we have the leveling-up thing in both places? It's no different than what we normally have: an explanation on the ability list, an explanation on the ability page, and an explanation on the weapon page.  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 18:50, January 7, 2011 (UTC)
::What I mean is, look at rung 2 for any of them. Every ability on rung 2 leads to every ability on rung 3, unless the rung 2 ability has the blue mark. I'm pretty sure you said those were the "Finishers", so for the purposes of the Infobox, it would be simpler and make more sense to simply mark the finishers (either with an icon, or by bolding, or something else). The system behind these could then be explained on the [[Clock Abilities]] page, and gaining the ability itself could be covered on the ability page. For example, with KH Days weapons we list the abilities they can have, then list how to activate those abilities on the gear page (with ability units), and list where you can get the ability on the ability page; or with KH2 abilities, we list the Keyblade's abilities but that only on the weapon page, and explain how equipment abilities work on the main Abilities page.

OK, but. The Days weapons did account for which abilities activated with which number of Units. Here we wouldn't be providing any qualifications whatsoever. In KH2 it just wasn't necessary, so it's not really a model.  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 19:44, January 7, 2011 (UTC)
:::Nonono, we keep the current template which lists what levels they activate at, and we add in a marker for the finishers. That way it has everything your flowcharts had, but more compact.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 19:55, January 7, 2011 (UTC)
I'm talking about indicating what ''experience'' levels they're unlocked on, which I was planning on adding to mine, but the current template doesn't cover that.  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 20:01, January 7, 2011 (UTC)

I guess that would work, though. It would also mean we can take out the "Names" section and just leave in the amount of EXP to the next level. (Would that fall under "Obtained"?)  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 05:59, January 9, 2011 (UTC)

...on the management on the Magic Boost articles. Right now there's [[Magic Boost|the item]], [[Magic Boost (ability)|the COM ability]], and the Re:coded ability dubbed "Magic Upgrade". I assume a disambig page would be called for, but what else is gonna be needed?  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 02:37, January 12, 2011 (UTC)

::They had different Japanese names, if that's what you mean. "Magic Boost" in English is "Magic Up" in Japanese, and "Magic Upgrade" in English is "Magic Boost" in Japanese.

Well, I wouldn't put weapons and one-use items on the same level. The general practice on Wikipedia seems to be to give the most appropriate article the title with no qualifier, though I'm not expert, and I wouldn't know how to choose "the most appropriate" from these three (or most of the other cases, really).  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 05:14, January 12, 2011 (UTC)
:OK, how about (and I'm not trying to distract from the previous case, this is just a new question) "Magic Bracer" and "Attack Bracer"? The Japanese names in COM and Days, respectively, were "Magic Guts" and "Attack Veil", again respectively, while in Re:coded they're "Spirit Attack" and "Spirit Magic".  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 18:46, January 12, 2011 (UTC)

Well, being the slow noticing guy I am, I now see that there is ''another'' freaking Magic Boost in Re:coded. Fortunately, it's "Magic Up" in Japanese, the same as the one in COM. But what the hell do we put in the "youmay" for this?  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 19:45, January 12, 2011 (UTC)

I've been trying, but every time the only thing that moves is the categories, and I keep getting an error.  --{{User:Neumannz/SigTemplate}} 19:09, January 14, 2011 (UTC)
:I've been working with one the techs to see what's happening with moves.  We think that the problem was probably caused by the changes to the database structure made to prepare for MediaWiki 1.16.  It looks like an action during the changes caused some strangeness.
:It doesn't appear that other images are affected - we tried new images and existing ones (here and on a test server) and could only reproduce the issues with these specific uploads.  I got File:Venerable.png to work again by deleting and re-uploading, and can do the same for other files (or you can of course).  I wasn't certain what the final destination was supposed to be, so didn't change the others yet.

:Hrm. That might be redundant, but the Metal Chocobo appellations...okay. I went ahead and applied the katakana appellations as backups to the japname appellations, and Wishing Star is working now. What do you mean? You have a cleared album by default in every game you start, right? So even if you get to 100 points (140, actually) in one game, the next one should have the Secret Gem.

I just had a little council meeting with members of KHWiki and KHWiki's IRC's communities. There is but one thing left to do before I make all changes accordingly with the community decision: what will we name the new channels on the SEIWA Wiki? We could try pursuing #KHWiki, though that does require the forms, which I can handle. It was unanimously decided that the new wiki should have two channels, to prevent another chaotic channel from forming, but which would be the primary, and which would be secondary? Serious/business or social/casual?

{{Warning|reason=hostile behavior towards other users, false accusations of bad faith|{{KeybladeSpyMaster/Sig}} 18:12, 23 June 2018 (UTC)}}
{{KeybladeSpyMaster|time=18:12, 23 June 2018 (UTC)|TRONYellow=Unfortunately, Kryten, I don't find that your behavior has been very helpful in de-escalating the hostility regarding the KH3 navbox template. Although there are various instances where you were more civil towards the anonymous IP, there were also plenty instances where you failed to do so. Even though he/she is being stubborn, that of course doesn't mean you can be so.

Specifically, you falsely accused the IP of bad faith this week. However, I've reviewed the edits, and you did not revert all the IP's edits. That to me shows that their edits are not necessarily of bad faith, simply part of them are based in their own stubbornness. In fact, you re-added part of an edit you had reverted from this IP. False accusations of bad faith are, well, bad; one cannot assume the true intentions of an editor simply because they're insisting on their view point, even if it's against site policy and they know it. There's a significant difference between disagreeing with site policy and acting with malicious intent. As explained on Wikipedia regarding good faith, "editors should not attribute the actions being criticized to malice unless there is specific evidence of such." ([[Wikipedia:Wikipedia:Assume good faith|<font color="#FFFFFF">Wikipedia:Assume Good Faith</font>]]) So, this is your warning on the matter. Don't engage in disruptive or accusatory behavior with other users; it's easier to take action against disruptive users when you yourself are "clearly acting appropriately throughout."}}

==Re:Wikia==
I saw it in the Keyhole yesterday. I had always feared that there would be trouble because of the acquisition of fandom. Byzantinefire would have to know, because he had been active here. In the keyhole they should definitely insert a template during the upload with the summary, so like here. In the german Kingdom Hearts Wiki I add the link for files to KHWiki.com. I know that the cleaning of pictures is a hard work. I am not angry about you. :) Since Fandom killed the monobook skin, I'm a little annoyed about it.

Now you also get the portable info box forced, and many functions in the old templates are no longer working. I wish the best for your project here, because you have the best source of information here. Sorry for my bad english. I am a grammar devil. >:D [[User:Pain88|Pain88]] ([[User talk:Pain88|talk]]) 13:49, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I can not play KHUX right now, I don't have the time. Sorry.<br>
At the moment I am still trying to find information for KHII for the german KH Wiki. Since our articles there have to be revised again. Since SQEX Germany had also made various translations of the names in the abilitys, it makes it difficult for me to compare the information here with the english name of the abilitys. It was hard for me to find the abilities for Re:Com with the german names and to compare them here with the english ones. But I finally finished that. But I'm too lazy to create the articles for the abilitys. :) with the best regards [[User:Pain88|Pain88]] ([[User talk:Pain88|talk]]) 16:27, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Yes, this Fandom employee had undone it yesterday and if I change it again, I risk a block. They also ran a bot that also removed other links to here. Images that ShardofTruth created, have at least some meta-data, that contains that the images only for KHWiki.com is. Fandom is becoming more and more arrogant. They have also bought up the old domain name for our old independent KH Wikia. Fandom considers this wiki here as competition. Jimmy Wales and his staff are all about profits. If they overdo it or take over one-to-one articles from you, they would have to report it because of DMCA's violation via their special contact. At the moment we just have to keep watching the keyhole. [[User:Pain88|Pain88]] ([[User talk:Pain88|talk]]) 21:38, 20 July 2018 (UTC)
:Honestly...we tried being polite and friendly, and asking them to display basic civility, honesty, and decency. They have to know by now that their behavior is what keeps chasing away dedicated editors, so...fuck, if they want to chase away dedicated editors and spit on those trying to reach out an olive branch, who are we to stop them? Maybe someday they'll figure out why they keep having to stick more and more ads into the sites in order to maintain their bottom line.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 11:55, 26 July 2018 (UTC)

==The Experiment is an Heartless==
Hi, sorry for bothering you here, but I see nobody see what I write in the discussion page of The Experiment (https://www.khwiki.com/Talk:The_Experiment), but I discovered another thing that proof he is a Heartless without any doubt. How already was sayed in the page, ingame in pause menu he is called Heartless and in the TCG he is classified as a Heartless, but there is another proof. If the Experiment is killed with Wisdom Form (that gain EXP ONLY if you kill Heartless), the WF gain EXP from The Experiment, I proved this with other bosses, I killed Xigbar with Final Form (since gain EXP killing Nobodies) and it gain EXP, and I tried too to kill the Hostile Program with WF thinking it was a Heartless, but the WF DON'T gain any EXP from the Hostile Program, but from The Experiment and other Heartless boss it does, so, this proof without any doubt he is a Heartless, otherwise the WF will not gain any EXP from him.--[[Special:Contributions/186.237.40.21|186.237.40.21]] 10:49, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
:I'd like to confirm what you're claiming for myself, but I don't think we can say "without any doubt" -- there are other parts of the game that do ''not'' treat it as a Heartless, like the journal. It does fade away similar to a Pureblood Heartless, moreso than Scar did. I believe it would be some sort of pseudo-Heartless, similar to how the Soul Eater is a pseudo-Keyblade.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 14:11, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
::The Journal just placed The Experiment in "character section" thing that already happen to others Heartless (Ansem), even Nobodies (all Organization, Naminé), Unversed (Vanitas Sentiment) and Dream Eaters (Riku and Anti Black Coat), so, be in Character section don't mean "he is not a Heartless/Nobody/Unversed/Dream Eater) and the game never say "he is not a Heartless", neither his creation method means nothing. Shadow Sora and AntiSora was created in a different way from others Heartless, but still they are considered Heartless, and all proofs say he is a Heartless. About the pseudo-Keyblade I never understand, we saw others objects that was used to became/summon the Keyblade (Struggle Bat in 1st and 4th day of Roxas in KH2 and Wooden Stick of Roxas in 6th day in KH2, and I doubt they are pseudo-Keyblade), and the Soul Eater was called Keyblade just in KH Mobile, and is not even canon that game, in any other official source it is never considered a Keyblade, in 358 is classified as a sword, and in none game anybody consider it a Keyblade.--[[Special:Contributions/186.237.40.21|186.237.40.21]] 18:40, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
:::The Soul Eater thing is referring to Mobile, the Soul Eater's demonstrated abilities compared to dialogue/reports in Days and BbS, and statements from Nomura. That is why I called it a pseudo-Keyblade.
:::The Journal clearly delineates the bulk of Heartless and Nobodies from the rest of the characters, and except for these very three in question, the only ones it leaves on the character lists are those that retained their human form and personality. It does not mean it is ''definitely'' not a Heartless, but it's not a point in its favor.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 19:20, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
::::I think Journal add to characters the H/N/U/DE that have a huge role in the story of at least 1 world. The Experiment is quite important in Halloween Town story in KH2 secon visit, so they considered it as a true character even if he is a Heartless. For the Soul Eater, ok, but since is pseudo I don't think should be listed with others Keyblades, but this is a my opinione, and don't make part of the The Experiment's race thing.--[[Special:Contributions/170.244.153.233|170.244.153.233]] 21:32, 3 August 2018 (UTC)

I strongly disagree with the removal of talk sprites in Galleries. They are official art designed for the game, ripped by fans, just like the Days talk sprites. It's a nonsensical double standard why Days talk sprites are allowed and not COM. If you use the argument "they're also used as someone's personal textbox", I don't see why it means we can not allow them on the Galleries. There are many instances where pics are on both mainspace articles and used on people talk pages, in their templates, etc. It does not have to be "one or the other" and there is no harm them in Galleries. I view it as overt pedanticism hurting the wiki and preventing official art from being archived and easily available.

If a character is exclusive to Union X, they should not be in the standard X category, or we're being dishonest. We should specify differences between X and Union X. Unfortunately, I haven't played either so I'm not entirely familiar with who's in which, but from my understanding, Lauriam and Brain are not in the original X.

Larxene slapping Naminé is also a perfect illustration of her "cold", "ruthless" and "uncaring" personality mentioned in the paragraph right beside it. Even if you disagree, you did not archive the pic in Larxene's gallery. [[User:Soroxas|Soroxas]] ([[User talk:Soroxas|talk]]) 14:27, 20 August 2018 (UTC)

==Misspelled names==
I don't know why you insist on having misspelled names near the beginning of their article since you never left an edit summary. Mistranslations and misspellings occur all the time in media, in some memo or subtitles or whatever. It makes the article look tacky, as if the developers of the series are incompetent. It doesn't make sense to include every misspelling at the beginning. On Yuffie's article, the misspelling of "Yufeie" is also in the Trivia. ==Depths of Darkness==
Why do you consider the Depths of Darkness a "subworld" of Destiny Islands, instead of just another area in the Dark World, like Castle Town and the Forest of Thorns? Sure, it gets its own keyword that flashes, but so does Forest of Thorns:

:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHEqEJsAV1E&feature=youtu.be&t=5590
:https://youtu.be/aHEqEJsAV1E?t=3525

And why is it considered a subworld, instead of simply an area/room? At 1:33:20, you can see the player save in the Depths of Darkness, and the Dark World icon still appears in the top right and in the save point. My understanding is that the Depths of Darkness is simply connected to the remnants of Destiny Islands, as opposed to being an actual part of it. Just to let you know thanks to the recent videos on Youtube, I was able to get access to the end credits of Kingdom Hearts III. Out of the returning characters aside from Master Xehanort, other new voice actors are also for Vexen's JP voice actor (due to the previous voice actor passing away in 2010), and new English voice actors for Hayner, Pence, and Olette. Just want to give you the info since the day of the International release of Kingdom Hearts III has arrived. Let me know if want any links and I'll make sure to help you avoid any spoilers if you want (I don't mind spoilers, but I prefer not to spoil it for anybody) -[[User:Adv193|Adv193]] ([[User talk:Adv193|talk]]) 03:05, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

::I did not understand what you meant but I did move them to [[Talk:Kingdom Hearts III]], which you can view them from there and you have my permission if you want to move it and have fun with playing the game. On another matter, I updated the party member list due to watching the leaks on Youtube. Namely all the main characters that fight alongside Sora, excluding Terra will do this in certain boss fights and the player can also directly play as Riku and Aqua for certain situations. Pretty much I knew about all of this for the past few days but held back out of respect for the International release date. -[[User:Adv193|Adv193]] ([[User talk:Adv193|talk]]) 16:25, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

== World infoboxes ==

I made a thread about this in the forums, but everyone's been ignoring it lol.  Though to be completely fair, there's so much stuff going on at the moment that it's totally understandable that it flew under the radar.  So I'm gonna bug you about it!  I want to make a very minor change to the world infoboxes, so that they display the world logo by default rather than the world icon.  Unfortunately, I honestly don't know how to do this or what it would take.  I'm not suggesting any other changes.  The reason why I'm insisting on this is because world logos is something that literally every world page has in common, while many lack official world icons. As a result when someone enters one of these pages, all they see on the infobox is a missing red link.  Sure you can obviously click on the logo to pull it up, but again, it just looks better if it's already there when you enter it.  That's the only change I want to make to the infoboxes, nothing else.  The other thing I want to suggest is also to create some sort of default N/A (or just No Image) icon for worlds that don't have one.  Destiny Islands from BBS comes to mind, as it's just a fuzzy white ball.  Just something so we don't have dead image links populating the infoboxes.  But that's secondary to my initial suggestion.  Do you think we can do this?  --[[User:Samoa Joe|Samoa Joe]] ([[User talk:Samoa Joe|talk]]) 06:23, 9 February 2019 (UTC)
:The infobox is coded to prevent redlinks from showing up, where are you seeing them?{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 15:10, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
::Fixed them. It should now only show images that are actually there.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 15:59, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
:::Aha lol.  That makes sense.  It was an error!  Thanks for fixing it.  :)  But all said and done, I still advocate for the logos displaying by default for consistency's sake, you know?  --[[User:Samoa Joe|Samoa Joe]] ([[User talk:Samoa Joe|talk]]) 17:34, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
::::I would disagree with that, as the world icons are much more illustrative of the actual world. The logo is just fancy words.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 17:36, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
:::::But again, the logos are something they all have in common.  It's something that we have for every world.  We don't have world icons for The Final World, Scala ad Caelum, the Dark World, Hundred Acre Wood - what else lol?  I'm just saying we should go for a little consistency.  --[[User:Samoa Joe|Samoa Joe]] ([[User talk:Samoa Joe|talk]]) 19:02, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
::::::[[End of Sea|We do not have logos for every world]]. Regardless, the world icons are more useful for the purpose of illustration than the logos are.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 20:58, 11 February 2019 (UTC)

== Good Questions on your User Page ==
Hey Kryten. Been lurking the wiki following my completion of KHIII as a sadistic form of trying to recover from this series' post-partum depression. Finally decided to log in as I liked many of the questions you asked on your user page but did see a couple I think I might know answers to.

When you ask about Terra-Xehanort, Roxas, and Xion and why they don't have to return back to their own time, I guess it's my understanding that they aren't time traveling. Specifically with Roxas and Xion, we know that's the case. Xion is a new replica made by Vexen based on the old data from her original form. They don't say how they had that data so there's a plot hole there, but she's definitely from the present. I don't think she even identified as "Xion" until Sora says her name, at which point I assume that her heart left him and entered her new body, giving her form. With Roxas, he's the heart from within Sora and the replica body that Demyx sneaked out to Ansem the Wise and Ienzo. I guess when they completed the body for Roxas' heart and his heart resonated with Namine, that broke the space barrier and pushed the two together?

Terra-Xehanort is more tricky but I think that it was the present Terra, norted after they were separated. The game even mentions that when Xemnas and Ansem were defeated, it should have been Terra-Xehanort that came back, but instead it was Master Xehanort (which we know because he calls himself his most future/present form). So I guess the implication is that when they reformed as a whole person, Terra was separate, but Master Xehanort norted him again, only this time with just a fraction of his heart and not the whole thing like in BBS. It's poorly explained and mostly conjecture but makes sense to me.

Most of your other questions don't really have answers though. I think they are examples of Nomura deciding to do things 'just because' and hoping we'll forget about the contradictions. As has definitely happened before. {{User:LightRoxas/Sig}} 19:14, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
:Also I'm pretty sure Riku is gay. Maybe that's just me reading into DDD too much though. And since Namine was technically born of Sora, maybe that's part of the attraction to her. I dunno man, this series is weird AF about romance and shipping. {{User:LightRoxas/Sig}} 19:17, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
::Yeah, the secret reports indicate that that's true for Roxas and Xion, but it makes a mess of what Roxas said earlier about "the same way you did". Then again, the plot already had a huge contradiction of itself with its insistence up until the end that Dark Riku was Ansem-Riku, when that's already who SoD is and I've literally been claiming Riku Replica as a Seeker since KHDDD came out.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 20:11, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
:::I honestly think that Nomura is just really bad at answering questions and resolving plot points. And he built himself up too high here. I enjoyed the game a lot, even much of the story moments, but anyone trying to think through this series logically, even on its own lore it builds up, is going to need some Tylenol. {{User:LightRoxas/Sig}} 21:09, 12 February 2019 (UTC)

==KH3 world story events and time from KH2 to KH3==
Really Kryten, really?:
*"''as I said before, there is barely any time between KH2 and KH3 for there to ''be'' a "before''""
*"''getting real damn tired of this. KH3 is set very shortly after KH2, Nomura has already told us that time moves at different paces among the worlds, and the worlds show longterm events happening in the space of a single visit.''"
:Okay I don't know why in the hell you're getting very upest about this but frankly, regardless it doesn't make sense that the events on each world happened overnight or during KH3, some of the story events (e.g. Jack getting consumed by the Krakken, Randall being brought back by Vanitas after being banished by Mike and Sulley in Monstropolis, Scrooge opening the bistro in Twilight Town) happened prior to KH3 events of the stories. That's my opinion and you can continue arguing and making your own reasonings straight from your mouth but literally you need to chlll and stop making this as a nitpick.

Seriously didn't you forgot in BBS which is set 10 years before the first game that Sora, Kairi and Riku were 4 and 5 years old respectively or even Hercules was still a teenage before he became an adult? Just because time moves moves at different paces among the worlds, doesn't mean that certain characters, specifically some of the Disney characters like [[Ariel]], or the Frozen characters like [[Anna]] and [[Elsa]] were in their current ages during the events of BBS or the first game or Kingdom Hearts II--[[Special:Contributions/73.77.161.206|73.77.161.206]] 02:27, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
:As Kryten said, there's almost no time between KH2 and KH3. Between BBS and KH1 is a 10-year gap. That's why events happening during those years can be put in a separate header. Since we don't have a clear time period for any of the events you mentioned, everything that happens during KH3 gets put under the KH3 header. An exception for this would be Jack's deal with Davy Jones, because that is confirmed to take place thirteen years before KH3.
:"''That's my opinion and you can continue arguing and making your own reasonings straight from your mouth but literally you need to chlll and stop making this as a nitpick.''"
:So you're basically saying that your opinion is right, and we should just do that? Because that's not how it works. {{User:TheSilentHero/Sig}} 12:57, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
::"''An exception for this would be Jack's deal with Davy Jones, because that is confirmed to take place thirteen years before KH3''."And Anna's relationship with Elsa as she mentioned "years passed". Don't forget that KH2 that it has been a year since the first game.
::"''So you're basically saying that your opinion is right, and we should just do that? Because that's not how it works.''" How in the hell am I saying my opinion is right and the rest of you are wrong? That it isn't the point of the argument Events such as Jack getting consumed by the Krakken, Randall being banished by Mike and Sulley in Monstropolis prior to Vanitas bringing him back, Scrooge meeting Little Chef by opening the bistro in Twilight Town (remember he said he met him "a while ago") don't happen overnight or an instant. It could've been several weeks (not a week) or months that have passed between KH2 and KH3, but as of now, we don't know how long it has been between KH2 and KH3 as Nomura and Square haven't confirmed anything as of now, but I don't think it has been several days or a week if you ask me. Finally just because time moves at different paces among the worlds, doesn't mean that certain characters, specifically some of the Disney characters like for instance [[Ariel]], or the Frozen characters like [[Anna]] and [[Elsa]] were in their current ages during the events of BBS or the first game or even Kingdom Hearts II because more than likely they have aged just like Sora, Riku and Kairi did.{{unsigned|66.102.21.189}}
:::Nomura already clearly said that time on different worlds flows at different rates.
:::The bistro was not there in KH2. Jack wasn't eaten in KH2. KH3 occurs almost immediately after KH2 closes -- there is not ''time'' for these events to have happened other than during the opening scenes of KH3/AFP.
:::"don't happen overnight or an instant." -- it ''does'', however, happen post-KH2. And that means it happened during the early stages of KH3, because KH3 ''is directly after KH2''.
:::"It could've been several weeks (not a week) or months that have passed between KH2 and KH3," -- it could not have. We have that time accounted for. The deluxe edition artbook even provides a timeline. KH2 closes when they receive the letter, post Re:coded, they travel to Yen Sid's tower for the test (which outside the realm of sleep occurs over the course of basically a day, as the two boys are sent back in time for it to start), and then AFP/KH3 begins. Anything for any of the characters who show up in both KH2 and KH3 either happened during KH2 or KH3 -- there ''isn't'' a notable "between". The Mark of Mastery, for the outside world, covers less time than the period from Sora setting out for Olympus and arriving on each world.
:::Not sure why you're bringing up Monstropolis or Arendelle, as those don't appear in KH2. I suppose you could argue that Vanitas appearing at TWTNW in KH3D means he couldn't start working in Monstropolis until he had moved forward in time again, thus putting it during KH3, but I wasn't making that claim.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 01:34, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
::::"it ''does'', however, happen post-KH2. And that means it happened during the early stages of KH3, because KH3 ''is directly after KH2''.  -Okay it hasn't been a year as recently a Union Cross quiz said that Sora was still 15 years old as of Kingdom Hearts III, but honestly between KH2 to KH3 it feels more like 1-2 days but less than 3-7 days since after the events of Kingdom Hearts II.--[[Special:Contributions/172.58.102.235|172.58.102.235]] 17:02, 31 March 2019 (UTC)

::::"Not sure why you're bringing up Monstropolis or Arendelle, as those don't appear in KH2." - I disagree with your comment even if some of the films those worlds were based on (aside from Toy Story and Monster's Inc.) didn't existed when KH2 came out, I pretty sure that the KH3 Disney worlds like Monstropolis, Arendelle, Kingdom of Corona, among others more than likely still existed as worlds prior to their actual story events in KH3. The same can be said for [[Tron]] in KH2  who mentioned about Space Paranoids being a copy of the [[The Grid|original version from ENCOM]], which turns out to be the Tron: Legacy world (which mind you the film didn't existed when KH2 came out, but was added in DDD to connect what tron said in KH2). Also while it's true "time flows differently" in worlds (more specifically the Disney worlds than the Original worlds like [[Twilight Town]], [[Radiant Garden]], and [[Destiny Islands]]), it doesn't mean that everyone ages differently between the different worlds. I mean think about it the FF characters that resided in Radiant Garden aged a year between KH and KH2 (Yuffie was 16 in KH and 17 during KH2. She more than likely was 6 years old during the events of BBS), secondly for Atlantica, [[Ariel]] was 16 years old during the events of Kingdom Hearts and she was presumably 17 years old during Kingdom Hearts III (at least that's what I saw from the original KH2 website.--[[Special:Contributions/172.58.102.235|172.58.102.235]] 17:02, 31 March 2019 (UTC)
:::::Your last paragraph makes no sense whatsoever. You're making a lot of claims about ages that aren't supported by the games, and the reason it doesn't make sense to bring up Monstropolis or Arendelle is because it provides no evidence whatsoever.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 01:36, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
::::::"Your last paragraph makes no sense whatsoever." - In what way does it not make sense?
::::::"You're making a lot of claims about ages that aren't supported by the games, and the reason it doesn't make sense to bring up Monstropolis or Arendelle is because it provides no evidence whatsoever." All I'm saying is that while yes "Time flows differently" in the worlds (specifically the Disney worlds) in doesn't necesarily mean it ALSO applies to the original worlds like Radiant Garden or Twilight Town flowing differently than Destiny Islands. Secondly, it makes NO sense on what you said on the Disney worlds (Monstropolis, Arendelle, Kingdom of Corona, San Fransokyo) didn't existing at all prior to KH3. True the films didn't existed when Kingdom Hearts II came out but as its has been 1-2 days after KH2 they still existed as worlds otherwise during the pre-KH3 events. Same can be said on the Disney worlds in DDD (particularly the Grid from "Tron: Legacy") as they are dream representation of the worlds that were destroyed by the Heartless prior to the events of the first game. Continue arguing till the cows come home but that's enough already, with your arguments and whatever your beliefs are.--[[Special:Contributions/73.77.161.206|73.77.161.206]] 16:41, 7 April 2019 (UTC)
:::"In what way does it not make sense?" -- in the exact way I already stated. Please learn how to read, or stop spamming my talk page. One or the other.
:::"All I'm saying is that while yes" -- No, you made specific claims about Yuffie and Ariel's ages which have absolutely no support in the canon. It's completely nonsensical puffery, because you're basically saying "well, if I imagine that I'm right, that means I'm right!" You're pulling an assumption out of your ass and pretending like it should mean something to anyone but you.
:::I already explained why it doesn't make sense to bring up Monstropolis or Arendelle. They do not support your argument at all, because they are completely irrelevant to the question at hand. The only examples you've brought up that were even vaguely relevant to the topic (of identifying when certain events ''could'' be dated, given the existing canon) were your claims about Jack getting consumed by the Kraken, or Randall being brought back by Vanitas "not making sense to have happened overnight" -- which, while at least being on topic, are ''completely false''. Jack ''has'' to have been eaten overnight, because he was still alive at the end of KH2. For Randall, the events of Monstropolis imply that Randall ''just got back that night''.
:::"Secondly, it makes NO sense on what you said on the Disney worlds (Monstropolis, Arendelle, Kingdom of Corona, San Fransokyo) didn't existing at all prior to KH3." -- I never said anything even slightly similar to this. Your responses paint you as paying little to no attention to the discussion, while simultaneously being very certain you want to "win" it. It's a complete waste of time bordering on trolling or vandalism.
:::Bringing up Arendelle makes no sense because ''no one was even disputing that Anna and Elsa's childhood happened years before KH3''. The fact that Arendelle has no other mentions in the series also means that ''it absolutely cannot be used to date anything''.
:::"Continue arguing till the cows come home" is disingenuous, contemptuous bullshit. If you're not interested in having a good faith discussion, then why not just ''stop spewing on my talk page just to get the "last word"?'' I'm not interested in continuing this discussion, since you've shown absolutely no proof that you even understand the claim you're attempting to argue with. Either start acting in good faith, or just go away.{{User:KrytenKoro/Sig}} 12:00, 8 April 2019 (UTC)

A lot have been released online, albeit as low-quality scans. Would you say we can still use these in our articles? I'm concerned about the ones which would serve as a particular article's "main image." I can upload as many renders as I can when I get home from work tonight, but I would like to know how you feel about this: Lady Junky uploaded the Dark Riku official render, but her attempt to remove the background leaves much to be desired (mainly because the color of Riku's hair matches the scan background). Would you say we should remove the backgrounds (may take some time), or would the backgrounds included be okay for now? KH & KHFM gummi enemies

Yes I know, it's a bit early to talk about them, the KHII section isn't even finished yet. But maybe you have an idea how to adapt the template for them. This is an extreme example from the Ultimania. Not every ship has two variants (Omega is the only ship that as a "C" variant) or sub variants (they just seem to affect the drops, maybe they are the "before/after rescue" equivalents, I don't know). Nearly every main variant (A, B or C) has a different Final Mix appearance, the stats are the same though.--ShardofTruth 22:41, July 22, 2010 (UTC)

Hey Kryten, it's that time of year where I go to San Diego Comic Con and ask you if there's anything in particular you want me to photograph or anything you'd like me to attend in particular. I'll be there on Saturday, I'm not exactly sure if there's anything that Square Enix is doing that's KH related, but let me know! Okay, I would like to know how it's possible one person such as Byzantinefire to be able to have so many different IP addresses. Seriously, he's been banned on them so often, it's not even funny anymore :-/ --Doggieboy9 (talk) 01:51, 18 August 2017 (UTC)

"removed just a ton of purposeful policy violation"

Just so you know, I didn't purposefully violate any policy by adding links to drafts.

My last edit to the KH3 template was 14:51. TheSilentHero raised concern about whether or not we should link to drafts on 16:45.

I hope you're simply misinformed, as I appreciate honesty. If there was a "no linking to drafts" rule, then I wasn't aware of it. Soroxas (talk) 19:56, 20 June 2018 (UTC)

Diamond Dust Keychain KHFM.png Unfortunately, Kryten, I don't find that your behavior has been very helpful in de-escalating the hostility regarding the KH3 navbox template. Although there are various instances where you were more civil towards the anonymous IP, there were also plenty instances where you failed to do so. Even though he/she is being stubborn, that of course doesn't mean you can be so.

Specifically, you falsely accused the IP of bad faith this week. However, I've reviewed the edits, and you did not revert all the IP's edits. That to me shows that their edits are not necessarily of bad faith, simply part of them are based in their own stubbornness. In fact, you re-added part of an edit you had reverted from this IP. False accusations of bad faith are, well, bad; one cannot assume the true intentions of an editor simply because they're insisting on their view point, even if it's against site policy and they know it. There's a significant difference between disagreeing with site policy and acting with malicious intent. As explained on Wikipedia regarding good faith, "editors should not attribute the actions being criticized to malice unless there is specific evidence of such." (Wikipedia:Assume Good Faith) So, this is your warning on the matter. Don't engage in disruptive or accusatory behavior with other users; it's easier to take action against disruptive users when you yourself are "clearly acting appropriately throughout." Re:Wikia

>:D Pain88 (talk) 13:49, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Unfortunately, I can not play KHUX right now, I don't have the time. Sorry.
:) with the best regards Pain88 (talk) 16:27, 19 July 2018 (UTC)

Pain88 (talk) 21:38, 20 July 2018 (UTC)

Honestly...we tried being polite and friendly, and asking them to display basic civility, honesty, and decency. They have to know by now that their behavior is what keeps chasing away dedicated editors, so...fuck, if they want to chase away dedicated editors and spit on those trying to reach out an olive branch, who are we to stop them? Maybe someday they'll figure out why they keep having to stick more and more ads into the sites in order to maintain their bottom line."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." The Experiment is an Heartless

If the Experiment is killed with Wisdom Form (that gain EXP ONLY if you kill Heartless), the WF gain EXP from The Experiment, I proved this with other bosses, I killed Xigbar with Final Form (since gain EXP killing Nobodies) and it gain EXP, and I tried too to kill the Hostile Program with WF thinking it was a Heartless, but the WF DON'T gain any EXP from the Hostile Program, but from The Experiment and other Heartless boss it does, so, this proof without any doubt he is a Heartless, otherwise the WF will not gain any EXP from him.--186.237.40.21 10:49, 3 August 2018 (UTC)

I'd like to confirm what you're claiming for myself, but I don't think we can say "without any doubt" -- there are other parts of the game that do not treat it as a Heartless, like the journal. It does fade away similar to a Pureblood Heartless, moreso than Scar did. I believe it would be some sort of pseudo-Heartless, similar to how the Soul Eater is a pseudo-Keyblade."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 14:11, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
The Journal just placed The Experiment in "character section" thing that already happen to others Heartless (Ansem), even Nobodies (all Organization, Naminé), Unversed (Vanitas Sentiment) and Dream Eaters (Riku and Anti Black Coat), so, be in Character section don't mean "he is not a Heartless/Nobody/Unversed/Dream Eater) and the game never say "he is not a Heartless", neither his creation method means nothing. Shadow Sora and AntiSora was created in a different way from others Heartless, but still they are considered Heartless, and all proofs say he is a Heartless. About the pseudo-Keyblade I never understand, we saw others objects that was used to became/summon the Keyblade (Struggle Bat in 1st and 4th day of Roxas in KH2 and Wooden Stick of Roxas in 6th day in KH2, and I doubt they are pseudo-Keyblade), and the Soul Eater was called Keyblade just in KH Mobile, and is not even canon that game, in any other official source it is never considered a Keyblade, in 358 is classified as a sword, and in none game anybody consider it a Keyblade.--186.237.40.21 18:40, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
The Soul Eater thing is referring to Mobile, the Soul Eater's demonstrated abilities compared to dialogue/reports in Days and BbS, and statements from Nomura. That is why I called it a pseudo-Keyblade.
The Journal clearly delineates the bulk of Heartless and Nobodies from the rest of the characters, and except for these very three in question, the only ones it leaves on the character lists are those that retained their human form and personality. It does not mean it is definitely not a Heartless, but it's not a point in its favor."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 19:20, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
I think Journal add to characters the H/N/U/DE that have a huge role in the story of at least 1 world. The Experiment is quite important in Halloween Town story in KH2 secon visit, so they considered it as a true character even if he is a Heartless. For the Soul Eater, ok, but since is pseudo I don't think should be listed with others Keyblades, but this is a my opinione, and don't make part of the The Experiment's race thing.--170.244.153.233 21:32, 3 August 2018 (UTC)

Image moving

If you're going to be moving a lot of images to different filenames, please remember to update it on the articles/galleries. It's wiki etiquette. Soroxas (talk) 09:17, 9 August 2018 (UTC)

I have another question. If 350px is the default size for infobox images, why is Mickey, Donald and Goofy, among many others, 250px? Soroxas (talk) 20:29, 9 August 2018 (UTC)

I honestly have no idea. It looks like it was changed at some point between now and Halloween 2012. I've gone in and fixed Mickey's."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 12:30, 10 August 2018 (UTC)

Recent edits

Soroxas (talk) 14:27, 20 August 2018 (UTC)

Misspelled names

I don't know why you insist on having misspelled names near the beginning of their article since you never left an edit summary. Mistranslations and misspellings occur all the time in media, in some memo or subtitles or whatever. It makes the article look tacky, as if the developers of the series are incompetent. It doesn't make sense to include every misspelling at the beginning. On Yuffie's article, the misspelling of "Yufeie" is also in the Trivia. Soroxas (talk) 17:35, 23 October 2018 (UTC)

Depths of Darkness

Why do you consider the Depths of Darkness a "subworld" of Destiny Islands, instead of just another area in the Dark World, like Castle Town and the Forest of Thorns? Sure, it gets its own keyword that flashes, but so does Forest of Thorns:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHEqEJsAV1E&feature=youtu.be&t=5590
https://youtu.be/aHEqEJsAV1E?t=3525

And why is it considered a subworld, instead of simply an area/room? At 1:33:20, you can see the player save in the Depths of Darkness, and the Dark World icon still appears in the top right and in the save point. My understanding is that the Depths of Darkness is simply connected to the remnants of Destiny Islands, as opposed to being an actual part of it. Soroxas (talk) 16:30, 21 December 2018 (UTC)

Re: Japanese

天へ続く階段 is the Japanese text for Scala ad Caelum. It's right there in the menu. Only Xehanort calls it スカラ・アド・カエルム during a cutscene. Suzaku (talk) 20:31, 28 January 2019 (UTC)

Probably that, then, though both do mean "Stairway to Heaven" and it's the sole room of the world. Either way, it should be スカラ・アド・カエルム not スカラアドカエルム. Suzaku (talk) 21:47, 28 January 2019 (UTC)

KH Info

Just to let you know thanks to the recent videos on Youtube, I was able to get access to the end credits of Kingdom Hearts III. Out of the returning characters aside from Master Xehanort, other new voice actors are also for Vexen's JP voice actor (due to the previous voice actor passing away in 2010), and new English voice actors for Hayner, Pence, and Olette. Just want to give you the info since the day of the International release of Kingdom Hearts III has arrived. Let me know if want any links and I'll make sure to help you avoid any spoilers if you want (I don't mind spoilers, but I prefer not to spoil it for anybody) -Adv193 (talk) 03:05, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

The links should go in the castlist on the main article."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 14:27, 29 January 2019 (UTC)
I did not understand what you meant but I did move them to Talk:Kingdom Hearts III, which you can view them from there and you have my permission if you want to move it and have fun with playing the game. -Adv193 (talk) 16:25, 29 January 2019 (UTC)

World infoboxes

--Samoa Joe (talk) 06:23, 9 February 2019 (UTC)

The infobox is coded to prevent redlinks from showing up, where are you seeing them?"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 15:10, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
Fixed them. It should now only show images that are actually there."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 15:59, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
Aha lol. That makes sense. It was an error! Thanks for fixing it.  :) But all said and done, I still advocate for the logos displaying by default for consistency's sake, you know? --Samoa Joe (talk) 17:34, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
I would disagree with that, as the world icons are much more illustrative of the actual world. The logo is just fancy words."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 17:36, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
But again, the logos are something they all have in common. It's something that we have for every world. We don't have world icons for The Final World, Scala ad Caelum, the Dark World, Hundred Acre Wood - what else lol? I'm just saying we should go for a little consistency. --Samoa Joe (talk) 19:02, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
We do not have logos for every world. Regardless, the world icons are more useful for the purpose of illustration than the logos are."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 20:58, 11 February 2019 (UTC)

Good Questions on your User Page

LightSymbol Character - Roxas.pngRoxas 19:14, 12 February 2019 (UTC)

Also I'm pretty sure Riku is gay. Maybe that's just me reading into DDD too much though. And since Namine was technically born of Sora, maybe that's part of the attraction to her. I dunno man, this series is weird AF about romance and shipping. LightSymbol Character - Roxas.pngRoxas 19:17, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
Yeah, the secret reports indicate that that's true for Roxas and Xion, but it makes a mess of what Roxas said earlier about "the same way you did". Then again, the plot already had a huge contradiction of itself with its insistence up until the end that Dark Riku was Ansem-Riku, when that's already who SoD is and I've literally been claiming Riku Replica as a Seeker since KHDDD came out."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 20:11, 12 February 2019 (UTC)
I honestly think that Nomura is just really bad at answering questions and resolving plot points. And he built himself up too high here. I enjoyed the game a lot, even much of the story moments, but anyone trying to think through this series logically, even on its own lore it builds up, is going to need some Tylenol. KH3 world story events and time from KH2 to KH3

Really Kryten, really?:

  • "as I said before, there is barely any time between KH2 and KH3 for there to be a "before""
  • "getting real damn tired of this. KH3 is set very shortly after KH2, Nomura has already told us that time moves at different paces among the worlds, and the worlds show longterm events happening in the space of a single visit."
Okay I don't know why in the hell you're getting very upest about this but frankly, regardless it doesn't make sense that the events on each world happened overnight or during KH3, some of the story events (e.g.

Just because time moves moves at different paces among the worlds, doesn't mean that certain characters, specifically some of the Disney characters like Ariel, or the Frozen characters like Anna and Elsa were in their current ages during the events of BBS or the first game or Kingdom Hearts II--73.77.161.206 02:27, 13 February 2019 (UTC)

As Kryten said, there's almost no time between KH2 and KH3.
"That's my opinion and you can continue arguing and making your own reasonings straight from your mouth but literally you need to chlll and stop making this as a nitpick."
So you're basically saying that your opinion is right, and we should just do that? Because that's not how it works. TheSilentHero 12:57, 13 February 2019 (UTC)
"An exception for this would be Jack's deal with Davy Jones, because that is confirmed to take place thirteen years before KH3."And Anna's relationship with Elsa as she mentioned "years passed". Don't forget that KH2 that it has been a year since the first game.
"So you're basically saying that your opinion is right, and we should just do that? Because that's not how it works." How in the hell am I saying my opinion is right and the rest of you are wrong? That it isn't the point of the argument Events such as Jack getting consumed by the Krakken, Randall being banished by Mike and Sulley in Monstropolis prior to Vanitas bringing him back, Scrooge meeting Little Chef by opening the bistro in Twilight Town (remember he said he met him "a while ago") don't happen overnight or an instant. It could've been several weeks (not a week) or months that have passed between KH2 and KH3, but as of now, we don't know how long it has been between KH2 and KH3 as Nomura and Square haven't confirmed anything as of now, but I don't think it has been several days or a week if you ask me. Finally just because time moves at different paces among the worlds, doesn't mean that certain characters, specifically some of the Disney characters like for instance Ariel, or the Frozen characters like Anna and Elsa were in their current ages during the events of BBS or the first game or even Kingdom Hearts II because more than likely they have aged just like Sora, Riku and Kairi did.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.102.21.189 (talkcontribs)
Nomura already clearly said that time on different worlds flows at different rates.
The bistro was not there in KH2. Jack wasn't eaten in KH2. KH3 occurs almost immediately after KH2 closes -- there is not time for these events to have happened other than during the opening scenes of KH3/AFP.
"don't happen overnight or an instant." -- it does, however, happen post-KH2. And that means it happened during the early stages of KH3, because KH3 is directly after KH2.
"It could've been several weeks (not a week) or months that have passed between KH2 and KH3," -- it could not have. Anything for any of the characters who show up in both KH2 and KH3 either happened during KH2 or KH3 -- there isn't a notable "between". The Mark of Mastery, for the outside world, covers less time than the period from Sora setting out for Olympus and arriving on each world.
Not sure why you're bringing up Monstropolis or Arendelle, as those don't appear in KH2. I suppose you could argue that Vanitas appearing at TWTNW in KH3D means he couldn't start working in Monstropolis until he had moved forward in time again, thus putting it during KH3, but I wasn't making that claim."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." "Not sure why you're bringing up Monstropolis or Arendelle, as those don't appear in KH2." - I disagree with your comment even if some of the films those worlds were based on (aside from Toy Story and Monster's Inc.) didn't existed when KH2 came out, I pretty sure that the KH3 Disney worlds like Monstropolis, Arendelle, Kingdom of Corona, among others more than likely still existed as worlds prior to their actual story events in KH3. The same can be said for Tron in KH2 who mentioned about Space Paranoids being a copy of the original version from ENCOM, which turns out to be the Tron: Legacy world (which mind you the film didn't existed when KH2 came out, but was added in DDD to connect what tron said in KH2). Also while it's true "time flows differently" in worlds (more specifically the Disney worlds than the Original worlds like Twilight Town, Radiant Garden, and Destiny Islands), it doesn't mean that everyone ages differently between the different worlds. I mean think about it the FF characters that resided in Radiant Garden aged a year between KH and KH2 (Yuffie was 16 in KH and 17 during KH2. She more than likely was 6 years old during the events of BBS), secondly for Atlantica, Ariel was 16 years old during the events of Kingdom Hearts and she was presumably 17 years old during Kingdom Hearts III (at least that's what I saw from the original KH2 website.--172.58.102.235 17:02, 31 March 2019 (UTC)
Your last paragraph makes no sense whatsoever. You're making a lot of claims about ages that aren't supported by the games, and the reason it doesn't make sense to bring up Monstropolis or Arendelle is because it provides no evidence whatsoever."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 01:36, 1 April 2019 (UTC)
"Your last paragraph makes no sense whatsoever." - In what way does it not make sense?
"You're making a lot of claims about ages that aren't supported by the games, and the reason it doesn't make sense to bring up Monstropolis or Arendelle is because it provides no evidence whatsoever." All I'm saying is that while yes "Time flows differently" in the worlds (specifically the Disney worlds) in doesn't necesarily mean it ALSO applies to the original worlds like Radiant Garden or Twilight Town flowing differently than Destiny Islands. Continue arguing till the cows come home but that's enough already, with your arguments and whatever your beliefs are.--73.77.161.206 16:41, 7 April 2019 (UTC)
"In what way does it not make sense?" -- in the exact way I already stated. Please learn how to read, or stop spamming my talk page. One or the other.
"All I'm saying is that while yes" -- No, you made specific claims about Yuffie and Ariel's ages which have absolutely no support in the canon. It's completely nonsensical puffery, because you're basically saying "well, if I imagine that I'm right, that means I'm right!" You're pulling an assumption out of your ass and pretending like it should mean something to anyone but you.
I already explained why it doesn't make sense to bring up Monstropolis or Arendelle. They do not support your argument at all, because they are completely irrelevant to the question at hand. The only examples you've brought up that were even vaguely relevant to the topic (of identifying when certain events could be dated, given the existing canon) were your claims about Jack getting consumed by the Kraken, or Randall being brought back by Vanitas "not making sense to have happened overnight" -- which, while at least being on topic, are completely false. Jack has to have been eaten overnight, because he was still alive at the end of KH2. For Randall, the events of Monstropolis imply that Randall just got back that night.
"Secondly, it makes NO sense on what you said on the Disney worlds (Monstropolis, Arendelle, Kingdom of Corona, San Fransokyo) didn't existing at all prior to KH3." -- I never said anything even slightly similar to this. Your responses paint you as paying little to no attention to the discussion, while simultaneously being very certain you want to "win" it. It's a complete waste of time bordering on trolling or vandalism.
Bringing up Arendelle makes no sense because no one was even disputing that Anna and Elsa's childhood happened years before KH3. The fact that Arendelle has no other mentions in the series also means that it absolutely cannot be used to date anything.
"Continue arguing till the cows come home" is disingenuous, contemptuous bullshit. If you're not interested in having a good faith discussion, then why not just stop spewing on my talk page just to get the "last word"? I'm not interested in continuing this discussion, since you've shown absolutely no proof that you even understand the claim you're attempting to argue with. Either start acting in good faith, or just go away."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 12:00, 8 April 2019 (UTC)

Hollow Bastion/Castle Oblivion

I'm not sure I quite follow. Are you suggesting that there should be a separate article for the memory-version of Hollow Bastion? In that case doesn't that go for all the worlds that appear within Castle Oblivion as well as all the worlds that appear within the Datascape? - JTD95 (talk) 14:04, 21 February 2019 (UTC)

KH3 Battle Sprites

So, since I obviously don't get it, what IS the proper name and format I need for the KH3 battle sprites I have uploaded? I thought I was following the media policy well, specifically, I also followed how Aqua's 0.2 sprites were on their page, because I ripped them the same way.--BuddyFaith (talk) 20:18, 27 February 2019 (UTC)

Ultimania Renders

A lot have been released online, albeit as low-quality scans. Would you say we can still use these in our articles? I'm concerned about the ones which would serve as a particular article's "main image." I can upload as many renders as I can when I get home from work tonight, but I would like to know how you feel about this: Lady Junky uploaded the Dark Riku official render, but her attempt to remove the background leaves much to be desired (mainly because the color of Riku's hair matches the scan background). Would you say we should remove the backgrounds (may take some time), or would the backgrounds included be okay for now? Obviously, we would use {{betterpic}}... - Challenge Sigil KHD.pngEternal Nothingness XIIIChallenge Sigil KHD.png 16:00, 28 February 2019 (UTC)

I would think we're definitely going to get better pics once shard gets his copy, so I don't mind either way."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 16:01, 28 February 2019 (UTC)

Sora Heartless

Sora's Heartless: Shadow/Neo Darkside/AntiSora forms are covered on the list, but his state after recovering his physical form is not. --Vanitas (talk) 16:49, 13 March 2019 (UTC)

Those forms are treated as separate physical entities, even though they stem from the same source, by the ultimania."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 17:17, 13 March 2019 (UTC)
Ah gotcha. Would the physical form be considered separate since it's technically listed as "Sora" in the journal? --Vanitas (talk) 17:30, 13 March 2019 (UTC)

Riku/Ansem

Is it ever said that Riku's heart was expelled? I though him showing up in 0.2 was him reforming immediately after Ansem's defeat. --Vanitas (talk) 20:48, 15 March 2019 (UTC)

Ah I found it, in KHFM they show Riku after having his heart expelled from Ansem's body. --Vanitas (talk) 21:51, 15 March 2019 (UTC)

Kingdom Hearts VR Experience

I just created a page for the VR Experience (since we didn't have one), but if I'm being honest....I have no idea what the hell I'm doing lol. >_< I can't get the tiny little icon to show up, nor can I find the main page portal template. If you can help me out with this, it'd be swell.  :( --Samoa Joe (talk) 18:07, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

The Game template is basically a display, while the Gameicon template actually houses the images. The portal is at Main_Page/Game_Portals. To track down where components of a page are, you want to look at Templates used on this page toward the bottom of a page while editing it."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 18:43, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
Thanks. :D As if it wasn't obvious enough lol, I only know the bare minimum when it comes to editing stuff! --Samoa Joe (talk) 19:39, 16 April 2019 (UTC)

Retiring

I'm working with good faith here, but you're sapping my motivation to do anything on the site when you are constantly editing or reverting any contributions I make, often with minimal explanation. Statements like "Not relevant, removing spec" don't really leave me with any understanding of what is acceptable and what is not. I know I've not been here long, but in the face of my contributions consistently not being up to par, I'm choosing to quit the site. - Joveus (talk) 20:23, 20 April 2019 (UTC)

Special:Upload, it needs to be png, and it needs to be official (not tweaked by you)."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 13:19, 3 July 2019 (UTC)

In that case, I think I'll pass on that. I don't want to cause problems. --Yellowlightning1996 (talk) 14:06, 3 July 2019 (UTC)

Links to official terms

[1] Why do we need pages for every official term? Things like the United Galactic Federation are only briefly mentioned (I don't know if it's even mentioned in the story, or just journal entries), and since we don't take information from source material, there's pretty much no information to make a page for. TheSilentHero 13:02, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

Star ocean at least is a major topic. I think we can write up at least some material on the UGF, considering what we're told in the Deep Space world, though I suppose the Grand Councilwoman naturally embodies the Federation and especially the council, so we could cover that all on her page. I would think a redirect to her page would work, and mention that the ship and Gantu are members as well?"We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 13:06, 5 August 2019 (UTC)
