[[Scar]] is the final boss in the first visit to [[Pride Lands|the Pride Lands]] from Kingdom Hearts II. When [[Simba]] disappeared from the Pride Lands Scar took over the pride lands turning it into a waste land. After [[Sora]] helped Simba get his confidence back Simba joins the party and they tavel to the peak of [[Pride Rock]]. At the end of the battle Sora and Simba beat Scar, but unknown to Sora Scar will [[Scar's Ghost|return]] again.

Scar is incredibly fast and has some very deveastateing attacks, so it is a good idea to get use to using the new [[Dash]] ability in combat inorder to doge his quick attacks. To begin it is a good idea to begin the battle whith a barrage of attacks againtst scar. [[Goofy]] is a good member to be in action because his attaks keep pressure on scare. Remember that inthe [[Pride Lands]] you cant use drive forms, so the choice in companion is not as critical. [[Simba|Simba's]] [[Limit]] is very usefull in this battle, but to make the most use of it activate it only when scar is not to far away if you do this the limit can be devestating to scar. Watch for scar to be covered in dark energy as that indicates that he is dash attask that can be a pain in the butt, to avoid this the best thing to do is zig zag around the area until his attask stop and then begin your assult. When scar is covered in fire it is best to just give him some room to cool off and then return to the fight. If you happen to get into a corner use the Counter [[Reaction Command]] to bush the foe off and escape.

Scar is the final boss in the first visit to the Pride Lands from Kingdom Hearts II. When Simba's father Mufasa died and Simba disappeared, Scar took over the Pride Lands by turning it into a wasteland. After Sora helped Simba get his confidence back, Simba joined the party and they travel to the peak of Pride Rock. At the end of the battle, Sora and Simba beat Scar, but unbeknownst to Sora, Scar's darkness returned again as the Ghost of Scar.

Strategy[edit]

Scar is very fast and has dangerous attacks, so it is wise to use the new Dash ability in combat in order to dodge his quick attacks. It is a good idea to begin the battle with a barrage of attacks against Scar. In the Pride Lands, Sora cannot use Drive Forms, so the choice in companion is not as critical. Simba's Limit is very useful and can deal major damage, but activate it only when Scar is close.

Scar is also capable of using Magic, depending on which element he surrounds himself with. If he is surrounded with fire, he will either use Flame Attack while jumping around or use Sweep Away and Combo Attack simultaneously. If he is surrounded with thunder, he will either use Thunder Attack while prowling around or use Combo Attack and Thunder Attack simultaneously, the latter being telegraphed by his "Bow to me!" voice line.
