Organization XIII Data Replicas are optional bosses found in Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+, found in the Cavern of Remembrance. Once Sora, Donald Duck, and Goofy reached the Garden of Assemblage, they could access a computer that would reveal doors that correspond to each Organization XIII member that they defeated. If Sora accepts the challenge from a door, it would warp Sora and his friends to wherever they fought that Organization member, and a data replica of that member would appear and fight them. (for example, if Sora accepted the challenge from the door with a sitar on it, they would be warped to Radiant Garden and a data replica of Demyx would appear and fight them.)

Furthermore, the battles here are made significantly harder than the normal game encounters (i.e. battles in the storyline and the Absent Silhouette battles), such as their most powerful moves are used more frequently. Also, some of the battles have been tweaked for the said increase in difficulty. For example, the Xigbar battle now lacks the short pauses that leave him wide open (signified by his line "Arms, reload") and in the Demyx bout, Demyx only summons Demyx-shaped water forms, meaning the reaction command used to swing around a note-shaped water form to destroy even more forms is now gone.

Organization XIII's Replica Data (XIII機関:再現データ Jūsan Kikan: Saigen Dēta?, lit. "Organization XIII: Recreated Data") is a set of thirteen optional boss fights in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix located at the Garden of Assemblage. Once a member of Organization XIII or their Absent Silhouette is defeated for the final time, their corresponding Replica Data rematch will become available. Defeating all thirteen members will cause a chest containing the Proof of Nonexistence to appear.

Once Sora, Donald Duck, and Goofy reach the Garden of Assemblage, they can access a computer that reveals data portals corresponding to each defeated member of Organization XIII. The portals are labeled with their member's signature weapon[1] and are arranged in the same manner as the thrones in Where Nothing Gathers. When used, a portal will transport Sora and his friends to a digital copy of the arena in which the member was defeated. Once a replica is defeated, it simply decodes until the next time it is challenged. While the battles are extremely difficult, with enhanced stats and attacks far beyond those of their real counterparts, they are the most efficient way of obtaining Stat Boosts and Lost Illusions.
