Rinzler is a program who serves as a boss for Sora in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. He is fought in The Grid.
Tron was reprogrammed by CLU to serve him under the name Rinzler. Sora is determained to free what appears to be his old friend, but ends up being forced by CLU (and encouraged by Quorra) to fight Rinzler to free him.
