Template:Enemy The Launching Plant is an Unversed that is found in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix.
Design
A Launching Plant is a small Unversed with neon purple skin, wide hips, and short legs. It has chartreuse highlights on its body and lacks arms. It has a spherical, silver head partially surrounded by a neon purple "collar". Its eyes are red and set in a sorrowful expression and it has a yellow marking between them resembling a mouth. The Launching Plant’s most prominent features are the three white, leaf-like blades on its head. These blades end in chartreuse, arrowhead tips that are vaguely reminiscent of the spikes on the Nobody symbol.
The Launching Plant's name references its main method of attack; throwing its leaves from a distance.
Strategy
When playing the challenge in the Keyblade Graveyard, you must launch the plant to mid-air and keep attacking it to gain points. Commands such as Thundaga, Salvation, Magic Hour and Aeroga are very useful as they attack in a large area. However if the Launching Plant is left without attack, it will drop back into the ground. It requires 350 or more points to gain the Illusion-L command.
