Kingdom Hearts Rhythm Parade (キングダム ハーツ リズムパレード Kingudamu Hātsu Rizumu Parēdo?), also written as KH Rhythm Parade, is a mini-game application available through Kingdom Hearts Mobile. It is a rhythm game featuring songs from Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II.

Kingdom Hearts Rhythm Parade was released on September 10, 2009. It was discontinued on April 30, 2013 along with the rest of Kingdom Hearts Mobile.

Mechanics[edit]

The rhythm gameplay is very simple: just hit the notes on the beat. On easy difficulty, only one button needs to be pressed. On hard difficulty, which is unlocked by first completing the stage on easy difficulty, the four arrow keys are added in. Missing a note or pressing the wrong key will give a "Bad" score and 0 points. Hitting a note a little bit too early or too late will give a "Good" score and 50 points. Hitting a note on the beat will give an "Excellent" score and 100 points, plus an additional 50 points for every previous "Excellent" score hit in a row.

Correctly hitting notes will fill the rhythm gauge, while missing a note will decrease it; if the gauge is not filled past a certain point at the end of the stage, the level is failed. Successfully completing a level will award a bronze, silver, or gold crown based on the score.

Each stage has one of three visual styles, which has no effect on the gameplay. In battle-style levels, the player's custom avatar from the Avatar Kingdom will fight against a Kingdom Hearts character. In race-style levels, the player's avatar will race the characters from the world. In parade-style levels, other characters will join the player's avatar in a parade.
