The Conquest is a pair of Ethereal Blades that can be wielded by Xemnas in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It can be upgraded to the Conquest+.

Design[edit]

Conquest has a complex handle comprised of intersecting patterns that leaves a diamond-shaped gap at the base of the blade and two teardrop-shaped gaps, one on either side of the diamond. There is another diamond-shaped gap in the handle. The blade is basic, though the sides are concave and it seems to be rather short. This Ethereal Blade's glow is rather peculiar, as the lower half glows purple, and the top half glows white.

When striking enemies, it releases a burst of violet light with some horizontal white lines, and combo finishers release a large violet burst with a yellow four-pointed diamond-like shape on impact.

A conquest is victory gained through combat, or the overcoming of a weakness.

Gameplay[edit]

The ground combo for Conquest consists of a single slash from left to right, a long-range whirling slash with both hands, and a single Conquest blade launched straight ahead. The launched blade has a knockback effect.

The aerial combo consists of Xemnas raising four blades above his head before throwing them down in a diamond pattern in front of him. He does this a total of two times to end the combo. These blades have a knockback effect.
