Dark Impulse is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories. It allows Riku to knock foes into the air before slamming them down to the ground, damaging multiple enemies.

Mechanics[edit]

In Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, Dark Impulse is a Duel Sleight that is activated by winning a three-card duel against an enemy while in Dark Mode. The attack is initiated by shooting a large ball of dark energy at the enemy, similar to Dark Firaga, knocking it into the air. The user then executes a high jump towards the enemy, followed by a powerful downward strike that slams the enemy to the ground and unleashes a large, dark shockwave that damages all nearby enemies upon impact.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[edit]

In Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, Dark Barrage & Dark Impulse is Riku's Limit Burst. It deals physical damage to all enemies, while partially ignoring the enemies' DEF, decreases the enemies' dark resistance, and allows the user to use abilities 3 times in a row.
