Bloom-Out is a Limit Break that appears in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It allows the user to swing their scythe radially around themselves.
Mechanics[edit]
Bloom-Out is Marluxia's Limit Break. It allows him to charge attacks that cause him to swing his scythe multiple times across a large area. Upon each attempted attack a black ring will appear and grow outward; attacking during this period will yield a simple, weak spinning strike. When the ring reaches its maximum size, it will flash pink before disappearing; if Marluxia unleashes the attack while the ring is pink, the resulting attack will be much more powerful, having him spin twice accompanied by cherry blossoms. During the Final Limit, Marluxia's swings are faster and cover a larger area and he closes in on nearby enemies as a dark cloud before attacking. A perfectly-timed attack during the Final Limit causes him to revolve his scythe three times around himself, followed by the release of large, crescent-shaped projectiles to indicate maximum range.
Unleashing either form of his Limit Break while the ring is pink will instantly defeat the following enemies: Shadow[1], Mega-Shadow, Yellow Opera, Scarlet Tango, Grey Caprice, Striped Aria, Sapphire Elegy, Pink Concerto, Turquoise March, Dire Plant, Fire Plant, Blizzard Plant, Poison Plant, Possessor, Massive Possessor, Bulky Vendor, Rare Vendor, Watcher, Guardian, Minute Bomb, Skater Bomb, Storm Bomb, Detonator, Sergeant, Soldier, Loudmouth, Flare Note, Bubble Beat, Barrier Master, Shadow Glob, Bad Dog, Snapper Dog, Cymbal Monkey, Tricky Monkey, Icy Cube, Snowy Crystal, Li'l Cannon, Ice Cannon, Switch Launcher, Creepworm, Hover Ghost, Dusk, Samurai, and Tentaclaw.
