"However, Neku's Shibuya and Yozora's are two entirely separate worlds." This is not what the quoted source actually says in the slightest.

"But there's more meaning in the fact that it is not Shibuya (渋谷), but Shibuya (シブヤ). Also, Sora promised Neku and the others in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance that he would meet them in Shibuya (シブヤ), but that doesn't mean it's directly connected to this movie."

This is making a differentation between two Shibuyas; with kanji, as in the real world, and with katakana. KH3 Shibuya and 3D Shibuya are both the katakana Shibuya. That's not saying they're entirely seperate worlds at all, just that the plot point of Shibuya from the previous game might not be "directly connected". ChielArael (talk) 00:03, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

Please tell me how this interpretation is wrong instead of just reverting the edit. Nomura's quote does not say that they are "entirely separate worlds" whatsoever, it merely says that the plot points aren't "directly" connected. ChielArael (talk) 19:19, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

"Shibuya" is still on the page?

Are we sure that when Nomura clarified how the city's name was spelled, he was talking about Yozora's city and not Neku's city? Immblueversion (talk) 14:09, 11 November 2020 (UTC)

He did actually clarify that it was two completely different spellings. I also made a small mistake myself which Chaser fixed when I removed Shibuya outright - Nomura did refer to the city as Shibuya in an interview, so it should be kept in the page. --Samoa Joe (talk) 15:28, 11 November 2020 (UTC)
This is explicitly incorrect, Neku and Yozora's Shibuyas were spelled the exact same way. The real-life Shibuya is the one with the different spelling. I am going insane here with how many people don't realize this. ChielArael (talk) 07:11, 29 December 2020 (UTC)

MoM

I know that the city's name was revealed in Melody, but the city itself doesn't make any kind of appearance, so should the MoM icon stay or be removed? --Samoa Joe (talk) 21:27, 17 November 2020 (UTC)

Okay... Since no one seems to care lol, I'll stick to the "has to make an appearance" argument and remove it. --Samoa Joe (talk) 19:11, 19 November 2020 (UTC)
The template doc at Template:Game does say that it can be used if it's mentioned in the game. But I can't think of any other example where something/someone is mentioned but didn't appear in a game. LightKeyDarkBlade (talk) 10:39, 20 November 2020 (UTC)
Only one I can remember is Tron being mentioned in KH3D. - JTD95 (talk) 12:11, 20 November 2020 (UTC)
There's also Sora mentioning La Cité des Cloches in KHIII. -Sora34CE (talk) 15:41. 29 December 2020 (UTC)
Sora mention the cathedral, not la Cité des Cloches itself, but just of a place of the world --93.41.38.64 18:32, 29 December 2020 (UTC)

Asking again

It has been two years and the line about them being "completely separate worlds" is still on the page with a source that does not say that, as I showed on top of this page, two years ago. I still don't know why there is so much resistance to even discuss this topic, let alone have the wiki not claim that sources say things that they do not say. There is no reason that I can possibly think of not to just write what the source actually says on the page. ChielArael (talk) 15:01, 2 November 2022 (UTC)
