Young Xehanort's Keyblade (青年ゼアノートのキーブレード Seinen Zeanōto no Kīburēdo?) is a Keychain for Master Xehanort's Keyblade that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.

Story

King Mickey arrives in Where Nothng Gathes and uses a Stopza spell to freeze True Organization XIII in time so he and Riku could rescue Sora. However, Young Xehanort proves to be uneffected by the spell, glowing with an aura of darkness. Telling the heroes he said to keep away from his last vessel, he summons a Keyblade. Mickey immediately realizes the conciousness of the Master Xehanort, who is still reforming, has taken over his past self. Young Xehanort transports himself and Riku to a different dimension to buy time for Master Xehanort to finish reforming, using this Keyblade to fight him.

Design

Young Xehanort's Keyblade resembles a fusion of No Name and Master Xehanort's Keyblade.

Young Xehanort's Keyblade significantly resembles No Name, in that it is predominantly colored in different shades of blue and is decorated with elaborate, spiked shapes. The tip is modeled after a stopwatch, while the teeth are diamond-shaped spikes that are connected by a black web structure similar to the design on the base of the top spire of Memory's Skyscraper. The keychain shares the time theme represented in the blade, with an hourglass as its token. The shaft resembles the Ethereal Blade-like weapons used by Young Xehanort, and the blade features an ever-present glow.

The Keyblade also has elements from Master Xehanort's Keyblade, such as the horned demon head that appears at the end of the shaft and the blue demonic eye shared by the Soul Eater, Way to the Dawn, Chaos Ripper, Void Gear and Master Xehanort's Keyblade.
