Depending on how fast you press X the amount of HP and Focus recovered varies:

  • If you press X and it's either "Too Slow" or "Too Fast", only half of the normal amount is recovered.
  • If you get "Good", the normal amount is recovered.
  • If you get "Excellent", double the normal amount is recovered.

Variations

Depending on who you play as, the animation will vary:

  • Terra will do handstand push ups.
  • Ventus will throw his Keyblade in the air and breakdance for a short period of time.
  • Aqua will twirl her Keyblade in her hand like a baton, ending with twirling it around her body.
