Renewal Barrier
Renewal Barrier (レストアバリア Resutoa Baria, lit. "Restore Barrier") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Renewal Barrier is a Defense command that can be used exclusively by Aqua and has a maximum level of 3. It allows the user to block attacks from all sides and restore some HP if successful. The amount of HP restored is equal to the damage the blocked hit would have dealt.

The Unknown uses a technique resembling Renewal Barrier in his boss battle. If attacked for too long, he will block with his Ethereal Blades, producing a yellow barrier that restores his HP.
