Talk:Aero Finish
Especially because of the way abilities are handled by weapons, I'm thinking that a table would do the best for this, possibly pictorial (Character vs. Gear). I can get to work on setting up the code for it, but it should be simple enough. The main thing, I think, is to separate the abilities out which are character-based, ring-based, and weapon-based.Glorious CHAOS! 06:41, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
- Hmm... I don't think there are any character-based; they are all weapon-based or ring-based. --DTN 06:47, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
- If you can break up this image and upload the individual squares, I can get started on the table code tomorrow.Glorious CHAOS! 07:57, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
Okay, I went ahead and did it now, since it looks like I may be doing okay for exams tomorrow.
Proof of concept, treat Hazard Gear+ as Skill Gear+

- Fantastic work, and simple too. So the ---Skill is always the first three letters of the characters name? What of The King?--DTN 08:50, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
Issues:
- Need to center Gear image
- Might want to have "Skill Gear+" be a tag visible upon highlighting the image, but problem with invisibility of info.
- Maybe Ability Unit images are not needed
- Need to add borders.
Glorious CHAOS! 09:34, December 17, 2009 (UTC) EDIT:The King is "Mic". I've only got the first row done, but the others should be easy enough to create - just replace Skill+ with whatever the gear's moniker is. Don't add rows for Gear's without abilities.Glorious CHAOS! 09:34, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
- Need some indication of "+", and some differenciation between gears w/ the same image (mouse-over tags would help a little), but it looks pretty good --Neumannz 10:08, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
- It has mouseover tags which give the name of the Gear, which kind of helps, but it could still be an issue. I would also like column/row borders to be implemented somehow, but I don't know what the coding for that is.Glorious CHAOS! 10:16, December 17, 2009 (UTC)
