Hurricane Winder, also translated as Hurricane Blast and Hurricane Period, is an ability introduced in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. It allows Sora to spin-slash with the Keyblade 1080° vertically in rapid moonsaults.
MechanicsEdit
In Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Hurricane Blast is a combat ability that costs 2 AP to equip. It is an air combo finisher that activates when Sora's target is at a lower height than him, or under him. When activated, Sora performs three moonsaults with his Keyblade extended while quickly falling downward, striking any enemies below him. It cannot be used when flying.
In Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, Hurricane Period is an action ability accessible in Limit Form. It is the form's only air combo finisher that does multiple hits and launches enemies upwards. Unlike in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Sora no longer drops to the ground when performing the attack, and instead hovers in midair.
In Kingdom Hearts III, Hurricane Winder is an ability accessible in Second Form. It is the form's first air combo finisher.
