Perma-Plight (キープクライシス Kīpu Kuraishisu, lit. "Keep Crisis") is an ability available in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Perma-Plight nulls your ability to heal yourself when your health is critically low.
Perma-Plight is only available by equipping the Master's Circle.
