The Fatal Crest is a keyblade from Kingdom Hearts II.

Acquisition
It is a prize received after beating the Goddess of Fate Cup at the Olympus Coliseum.
Appearance
The guard, chain and emblem are the symbol of the Underworld. The the blade and teeth is a bony dragon head and neck.
Ability
The Fatal Crest's ability is called 'Beserk Charge'. This ability allows Sora to attack continuously. This means that Sora cannot end a combo but just keeps striking the enemy with the keyblade.
Trivia
- It's name appears to be the opposite to the Hero's Crest.
