Limit Form is the exclusive Drive Form only in Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+. It is obtained along with Oathkeeper during the second visit to Twlight Town, right after learning Kairi had indeed been there only to be kidnapped by Axel. Sora wears his original clothes from Kingdom Hearts in this form. The form is able to let Sora use abilities from Kingdom Hearts, an example being Dodge Roll. However, like Valor form, magic is unusable in this Form as the new attacks, under the Limit menu, replaces the Magic menu. It is symbolized by a red crown (similar in appearance to Sora's necklace).

It consumes 4 Drive Points, like the Master Form.

Each of Limit Form's special abilities comes with a Reaction Command that leads to a stronger attack. (Just like Kingdom Hearts did, just with the triangle button this time). The abilities Sora can use in this form are:

  • Strike Raid Sora throws the Keyblade at an enemy several times using the Reaction Command.
  • Ragnarok Unleashes an aerial combo at a single enemy and finishes with various beams being shot by the Keyblade.
  • Last Arcanum Unleashes a powerful combo at a single enemy.
  • Sonic Blade Sora dashes towards the enemy with the Keyblade inflicting damage. It can be used successive times by pressing the triangle button for the Reaction Command.
  • Dodge Roll Sora leaps a short distance, it blocks and reflects all attacks while in use.

They are stronger than they're original versions from Kingdom Hearts, though.

Unlike other Drive Forms, the Limit's abilities, as they are selectable from a menu, can be placed into the Shortcut menu (by holding L1)

Unfortunately, once Sora's standard form learns Dodge Roll, it cannot be equipped at the same time as Quick Run as both Growth Abilities use the Square button while running. Note that Quick Run served Dodge Roll's purpose in the original Kingdom Hearts II. Depending on the player's preference, either will be equipped though most prefer Dodge Roll.
